Back before 2019: I’ve never wrote any reviews back then, as I’m typing this in 2024. I have it 3 stars 5+ years ago when this place long ago was Pharaoh’s Hookah Lounge. I was a regular here at then, so were some UNT & TWU students back then during that era. This was one of my favorite hangout spot way before Covid era happened. Used to pulled up with exotic and JDM and all sorts of modified vehicles parked at front of the business, and just lined up. And I used promo Pharaoh’s throughout DFW at then. Great memories here. Missed the people I met and hung out at this spot. Now, I’m back in town…

09/09/24: This was my First time at Luxor Hookah Lounge & Sports Bar. Thinking of bringing back the vibes I once enjoyed, but with whole new ownership and newer crowds of Luxor someday soon. My server was Ms Julie, she’s very kind, friendly server. Much thanks for her services. I’m keeping it as a 4 stars. (As the highest I’d give to anyplace. Will visit this place again, and I would like to meet the management or the owner of Luxor whenever, to host events here like used to long time ago, with exotic and modified vehicles. #YOLO🤣

Luxor provides an elegant yet comfortable night life experience. I found the seating area to be plushy and comfortable with semi private table service and an excellent shisha selection. The cocktails are very competitively priced, there is a great pool table which is a big fat bonus point in my book, there are top shelf spirits available as well. I get amazing vibes of the authentic cultural roots that are the identity of the business concept. This authenticity is an opportunity for the Denton community to engage in a sophisticated connection with the true Hookah lounge experience.
