Went to try it out last week, can't wait to go back! If you are new to the process, the worker can help walk you through it, but I am a big fan of the fact that it is mostly self-service. As an introvert, I love that I could go someplace and just have exactly what I want with very little fuss. You just go to the kiosk, pick which ramyun you want, what toppings you want, and pay. Then you heat it at one of the little cooking stations and you're ready to eat in just a few minutes. I can't wait to go back on my day off. We enjoyed the concept of a Korean convenience store in town to make ramen!...

Next you cook your own ramen in a nifty machine that dispenses the water and times the noodles cooking. Add the sides the last minute and viola! Ramen is served. A cozy comfort food offered up by a delightful family run establishment. Great too if you're in a bit of a hurry and certainly...
