I will never return to this location unless they get new management. I have been going to this location since I moved here in 2018. Dennis is one of the carhops and his girlfriend works in the kitchen. He used to bring my order to me, no problem (other than him standing at my car for 10 mins at a time griping about how lazy all of his coworkers are and how much he hates the managers) apparently his girl has problems with him being a car hop when thereās a female in the car and came out to ask me what was āgoing onā between Dennis and I. šµāš« Every time Iāve gone up there for the past couple of weeks they try their lamĆ© intimidation tactics and Dennis puts his name on all of my tickets (taking the tip that should go to my carhop) so I confronted them about it and her advice was I should stop tipping on my app. Lol š¤¦š¼āāļø I called corporate which accomplished absolutely nothing. The next (and last) time I went up there he came to my car and called me a ādusty a* b* among other things and told me the next time he saw my car up there he was going to ābeat my aā, then went back inside. Next thing I know someone came out while I was on the phone with corporate and told me I needed to leave the premises. What kind of business just lets their employees speak to and treat their customers like that?? I now have to drive elsewhere to avoid the drama. Ridiculous. I will say for the majority the workers there are all pretty decent except for Dennis, his girl Brandy and the managers. They have no work ethic and poor customer service to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered on the app and my dad and I went to go pick it up. The carhop brings us out food without saying anything and walks away and they forgot my drink, large Cherry DP. I tried to tell it through the car because she has already walked away before I could say anything to her and she came back a few minutes later with a medium. She again doesnāt say anything and hands it to my dad while my dad tries to hand her a tip and she takes it without saying anything and she walks away again. This time I had to get out of my car and run after her to tell her it STILL wasnāt right that I had a large and she could check my receipt if she wanted. She takes the drink and grumbles away to make another one and comes back out and hands me the drink. I am extremely pissed at this point and take the drink from her and walk away. It ended up STILL being wrong with no cherry flavor but did not have the energy to talk to her again. I have never been treated like that as a customer and frustrated with how she treated my dad after he handed her a tip which she did not deserve, completely unacceptable and will never be going back...

Stall 11's kiosk is broken. Either that or the employees chose to ignore us so long that the button reset multiple times but I don't think so. After moving to stall 15, we actually got a response (granted the quality of the speakers is not good for those with auditory processing issues) which is why I think it's just a broken stall and not the employees' fault. It's just frustrating when a mobile order says it's going to be ready at 3:48 in the app, we arrive at 3:45, and then we don't get food until 4:28. At least put up a sheet of paper on the kiosks that don't work. There was also only one person running food which shows management is poor as they should not be understaffing busy shifts like this.
It should be emphasized that this is not something employees can control. They didn't do anything wrong. This is purely the fault...
