I’ve given this location several opportunities before leaving a review, but the lack of customer service overshadows anything else.
This is a new location, so some issues are to be expected, but they have never gotten my order correct. One trip took three attempts to get my missing items.
The disorganization is one thing, but I will not be returning to this location due to the attitude of the staff. Each time I’ve gone, they’ve acted angry like I’ve done something to personally offend them or make their jobs more difficult. One worker at the window continually spoke over me after asking questions and then rudely waved me through.
Our last trip there, we ordered a 10-piece nugget. Every McDonald’s I’ve ever been to has provided two sauces with a 10-piece. After getting no sauce at all, the worker said she’d have to charge me for both sauces because they had “already put them in the bag.” I offered them to look through the bag and the instead just tossed the sauces through the window at me.
We will not be returning to this location and hope that they can get better management in that can hire staff that care about their jobs enough to at least not throw objects...
Read moreUPDATE: Is currently 4 AM and for the second night in a row I have pulled up after work to order food and have been met with the same message that their system is down. How are you a 24 hour restaurant when your system is consistently down between 3 and 5 AM? It’s pretty obvious that y’all are just too lazy to actually take orders. At this point this location, in any other location who acts like this, should just shut down because there’s no way in hell I want to spend my money supporting this place. It’s a joke and the people they hire to work there Are just the same.
I can only imagine corporate simply does not care about their service anymore at McDonald’s. Been twice now, both times ordered on the mobile app and both times were told that they weren’t taking orders. The first time the “Manager” or sorry excuse for one at least, told me they were only taking doordash mobile orders. Like what!? Aren’t yall 24 HOURS!?
This place is an absolute horrendous excuse for a fast food place. Save your money and go literally anywhere else, hell the QT down the street is probably a better option. I would hope they do better but by the other comments it’s apparent they don’t...
Read moreI placed a mobile order Monday 9/15 around 2am. Never got it. Waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the window, never happened. Drove to the front, saw the manager and worker both emerge from the back together after doing God knows what. No one acknowledged me. After that I blew my horn, sat at the intercom, knocked on the window and door for another 20+ minutes because they were hiding in the kitchen. At some point the manager thought I left and finally peeked his head around the corner and it was only then that he acknowledged that I was out there because we locked eyes. ATP he FINALLY came to talk to me but told me some lie about them not being able to take orders. Which was baffling because I watched the worker begin to cook food and fill orders whenever they finally came from the back. He ignored me too which was crazy as hell because he was in plain sight but never looked up. I’m guessing because the other guy told him not to. They didn’t give me my order...
