I deliver for DoorDash. I had already picked up one order for delivery this was a second order that was on my route. I walked in told the guy at the counter I was with doordash and gave the name of the order. He turned around said a couple words I couldn't understand then turned back to me said it would be about 10 or 15 min. The app told me the order should be ready in 3 min. OK well maybe they're just a little behind. So I tell the guy OK I'll be back and I go back out to my car. 15 min later I go back inside they now have several cars in the drivethru and nobody inside except me. I watched another dasher come in pick up 2 orders and leave. I then watched them fill all the orders for the drive thru. Which was 5 or 6 cars. My order was 2 items. All the while the 3 or 4 guys in the kitchen are walking over to look at me through the window. And the guy at the counter is talking to them in Spanish and laughing. It finally occurs to me they are making jokes about me. That's why they have all come to the window to get a look at me but what's worse than that is the fact I was the very last person to get served their order 30 minutes after arriving to the restaurant. I have a condition called PCOS its a simple case of I have a severe hormone imbalance. I doordash because its a job where I can do my own thing and I don't have to deal with peoples rude comments or their cruel jokes. This was unacceptable and very unprofessional. I have never publicly shamed anyone or any business but this took rude to a whole other level. I couldn't not...

We had been a customer for about a year and all was fine. Decent food. Not the greatest but otherwise ok for fake americanized Chinese food. Tonight we ordered and the food wasn't bad, however the service was horrendous. The delivery driver was nice and curious. However, over the phone during the ordering process they got the order wrong. In which I corrected them and they read it back to me correctly. They did not deliver the correct food. When I called them on it they insisted on charging me for the correct order although I had already paid for the wrong one. They delivered the correct order and for a strange reason wanted the old one back. Apparently they were assuming that I was lying about the wrong order. When I opened the correct order, one item of which was edamame, it had pieces of something mixed in with it that represented kimche. Although I do thoroughly enjoy kimche, this is not general practice with their edamame. Also there were little orange specs throughout the edamame. They had no flavor, but not sure what it was. A couple of the pieces of edamame looked rotten, wilted, and brownish. Towards the bottom of the bowl, the edamame tasted a tad sour. And even after all this mess, they didn't even deliver the sweet and sour sauce with the new order. Truly a mess and we will more than likely not be returning as a...

DO NOT EAT HERE! Tonight I was served raw chicken. We ordered like we always do and got to orders of lemon pepper chicken wings. After almost 2 hours later the food was delivered Luke warm and the lemon pepper wings was half cooked. I called up there and told the girl that answered the phone that our order was not cooked fully. I gave my address and she looked me up and handed the phone to the manager “Sam”. I explained to him that it was not cooked fully and I wanted a refund for the chicken only, I will gladly pay for the other items ordered. He argued with me telling me there was no way it wasn’t cooked fully and that it was cooked for 20 minutes. I told him that still doesn’t explain why it was half cooked. Again he argued with me and yes I lost my temper. He said to bring him the order and he “might” give me my money back. I asked for who was over him and he would not tell me. You best believe that I will find out. The audacity of him saying I was “trying to get over” them. I have been buying their food for 4 years and have never had a problem. He can keep his measly $14. He said he wouldn’t deliver to us anymore and that is fine, I will NEVER eat there again. I’m posting this every single place that I can. Don’t expect anything from them other than half...
