Me and my fiancé went here for dinner and from the time we sat down to the time our miso soup appetizer came out, we had waited a full hour. The place was mostly empty except for Uber Eats drivers picking up to-go orders. The tuna sashimi we ordered had an off taste to it and the salmon sashimi was completely inedible because it was still partially frozen. The portion was also meager and us leaving most of it on the plate did not alert anyone that something was wrong. When I brought my concerns about the salmon to the attention of the waiter and sushi chef, I overheard the chef tell him that we “didn’t know what we were talking about”. The waiter then came to the table and told us that the fish had just been defrosting and that we can keep the plate and wait for it to thaw out. As if it were not a big deal. When I said we were done with it, he asked if we wanted a rebate. The way he said it was very dismissive but I said no anyways and just paid for both sashimis and tipped 20%. I am never going to this place ever again and I suggest you do the same.
