HORRIBLE customer service… and Well… I can say the food was good minus the hair. It would have been even better if I had gotten EVERYTHING I ordered AND PAID FOR. Then and only then would it have almost been worth the $84 and some change that we paid for it. We came in to the restaurant around 9:00pm on 5/10/24; we ordered 3x Elote’s, 2x Quesabirria’s, 6x pork tamales, 1x chimichanga, 1x big burrito and a Fruit Punch Jarritos. We didn’t ask for the receipt but she attempted to hand us one. My husband nor I saw the gesture so my daughter grabbed it and proceeded to throw it away (she watched my husband decline the receipt). It took them quite a while to make our food and when it was finally ready we were handed 3 BAGS… normally I would check my bags but seeing as though we had 3 of them and it took so long to prepare it all I assumed it was all in there. We left and drove the 30 mins back to our house. When we sat down to eat we only had 1 elote… I called them immediately and the guys who answered could hardly be understood for the cracking of the phone. I explained the situation and that I live a distance away. I even asked if he could just reimburse me for the 2 elotes that we didn’t get. He said I could come all the way back and they could give it to us using our card but he can’t do anything else and asked for our receipt number.. I said I don’t have that my daughter threw it away at your location. He asked again and I explained again that I DON’T HAVE the receipt but I said I can give you our card number so you can use that to reimburse us (seeing as though he said he needed our card to reimburse us at the location). That wasn’t good enough for him. I explained that I could show him in the next couple days (when I can make it back over there) where it was charged to our account but there is no way I can come back tonight as it is 10:15 at this point. He proceeded to tell me “No, and that I did not order 3 elotes but only one”. Which was completely wrong because originally the girl that took our order only had 2 on our order and my husband had her add the 3rd one because my daughter forgot to say that she wanted it. This guy refused to listen to me, he was completely rude and offered nothing to reimburse us for the items we paid for and didn’t receive. To make it all worse… when I started eating my food there was a short black hair in the only damn elote that we received!!! Are you kidding me!!?? After tonight I will NEVER return. I work too hard for my money to have someone cheat me out of my food and then be completely rude to me in the process. I recommend you go ANYWHERE but here. This place has horrible business ethics and crappy customer service!!! Save yourself some drama and drive to Fuel City or just try...

Read moreI told them I was allergic to avocado and they still had it on my order, i took a bite because I have never had issues then I noticed there was avocados, I took it to them and I told the cashier I ordered with no avocado because I was allergic to it and I over heard him tell cooks to scrape it off, I went to bathroom and they took it back to my table and one of my friends opened my box and one of my friends took it back and saw it was my same food just scraped off, she then took it back and i came out of bathroom and she told them y'all need yo give her a new one she is allergic to avocado I then came out of bathroom and she told me what happened and the cashier said I don't make it and I said it doesn't matter I told you I was allergic to it and then when I brought it back you told them to scrape it off instead of a new one and he said I didn't know I said i told you i was allergic to it, I could of seriously has a her bad allergic reaction to it as I have before and he didn't care and went back to cashiering and i ended up with a new order. It's not about the new order it's about listening what your customers are asking for to avoid accidents, I could have had a really bad reaction worse then what I did and the staff...
