Fat Shack — Restaurant in Denton

Honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences ive had in a while. Came in at 418 pm, didnt leave until 455. I got my food at 440 and didnt even want to or have time to eat it. This is almost fully the managers fault. I ordered my sandwich and said it would be for here, asked about fries, ordered a small fry. I can literally hear my food not being made. I was the only one in the restaurant. My sandwich consisted of mostly easy to make things like philly meat which if you cook you know takes a literal minute to cook. I doubt they are but even if the chicken fingers are hand battered to order, It still should have taken 12 minutes tops. Batter the chicken, drop the chicken, wait 8 minutes, take it out, drop the fries and jalapenos, butter the bread, drop the philly meat. Put it all together. No way this should have taken 20 plus minutes to put together. They even talked very loudly about inappropriate matters such as whether or not the other guys mom could be a homosexual, about what they would do if they won the lottery.on top of all this chatter I hear the idiot employee ask the manager "it was only this sandwich on the ticket right?" "No theres a small fry with it" "oh hahah" which id been waiting for about 18 minutes at this point. He brings the food out packaged togo, which he was there when I clearly stated for here. Management not paying attention, idiot employee not paying attention, just awful. Whej he brought it out I didnt get a "sorry for the wait" or anything and when I said I asked for it for here the employee laughed and said "oh hah my bad" and left. I open the food and the fries are somehow rock hard, have no seasoning not even salt, and theres not a full ketchup bottle anywhere in site. Sandwich was lukewarm, no flavor which is odd. Will definitely be going back. The only complaint I have (hence, the lack of five stars) is I wish they had online delivery for the Denton location. I work from home and it's always great to get online delivery in the area for something besides pizza. Also, I don't want to make the employees job any harder than necessary by calling in and leaving them talking to me while there are customers in line or other things to do; if there's an automatic system in place that can take care of that, it's much better all around. Fortunately, it looks like they're working on that, so I may come back and add a star later.

EDIT: I tried calling in an order tonight (9:00 PM; Saturday, November 5, 2016) and my call automatically went to an old voice message stating "Welcome to Fat Shack! We are expecting our store in Denton, TX to open on April 16, 2016." Umm... somebody sent all calls to voicemail because they couldn't answer the phone. I may be wrong but it's more than likely that the employees are too busy to answer the phone. This is why management needs to get their online ordering system up and working. Edit: After reaching out to TJ (Franchise Support Manager) and discussing the issues with him, he has issued a full refund for my meal, not just the items that got me sick, but also the deep fried cheesecake bites that were very tasty. TJ also told me that they have put systems and extra checks in place to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thanks TJ for addressing this. I do personally believe my experience was not the norm here; fat shack locations have plenty of 5 star reviews with people saying otherwise.

Spent all day today miserable with food poisoning. I think it was the chicken in the sandwich I had. I didn't notice until I had already eaten half of it, but it was pink inside and I passed it off as a reflection from the red walls inside the restaurant. It was the only thing I ate that day and four hours after I ate it I spent the next 12 hours with non-stop stomach cramps that made your back hurt, throwing up, and diarrhea.
