The Denton Barber Company is incredible! As a Denton local, I was looking for a barbershop to start going to regularly. When I stumbled across the Denton Barber Company online, I felt that it would be a good fit. Admittedly, I was still very nervous at my first appointment. But there was nothing to worry about! Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately greeted by a friendly stylist. Throughout the entirety of my appointment, I received excellent service from a hairstylist named Angie. Although I can’t entirely speak for the other stylists since I didn’t receive service from then, I’m more than inclined to believe that this group is legitimately the best in the area: not only because of their skill and expertise in hair, but because of the energy and vibe that they give to their customers. The atmosphere barbershop is open and welcoming: Angie was incredibly supportive and flawlessly executed the hairstyle that I envisioned for a photoshoot the next day. Throughout our session, Angie was very thorough, flexible, and consistently demonstrated the necessary mindset, skills, and enthusiasm that makes for the best haircuts appointments. Angie was very kind, answered any questions clearly with actionable answers, and genuinely blew me away with her performance with my hair. She is clearly a master in her craft, as I was completely floored by her performance and the final product with my hair. Angie also helped me relax, as I admittedly was a bit nervous due to having never gone to the barbershop before. However, by the end of my session, I not only was satisfied with my haircut, but I felt and looked good: all thanks to Angie’s handiwork and energy. I highly recommend Denton Barber Company to anyone who’s local to Denton or new in the area. I walked into DBC looking for a fresh start—my hair was thinning, my beard was unruly and patchy, and I just needed a real change. My initial plan was to shave my head and clean up my beard, but I wasn’t entirely sure how to go about it.

He didn’t just rush into it; he took the time to consult with his manager and a coworker, making sure every decision was the right one for me. That kind of dedication and attention to detail blew me away.

By the end of my appointment, Edgar had completely transformed me. I left feeling like a whole new man—confident, refreshed, and seriously impressed. I went to a barber named pucho 3 times to get a cut for my undercut. I was respectful and only asked about when he is available to cut. We followed each other on social media in which he replied to my new hair cut (seeing how I cut it all off) and asked him to fix it up. I messaged him asking if he was bored on his social media story trying to get a hair cut in the following days. Which his wife replied in the most unprofessional way and behavior you can and also involving my significant other. That being said she blamed me for her husband messaging me. I informed her he had lost a client and was even more unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend going here if you get accused of messaging people at 11 pm when it was him who messaged me. I love the atmosphere and the people there but sadly significant others should not be involved with your social media if she or she doesn’t like people talking to your boyfriend or husband on a social media platform.
