Two Gentlemen of Verona — Restaurant in Denton

The products are excellent and of high quality, which is why I used to enjoy coming here often. Unfortunately, the staff are repeatedly unprofessional and unfriendly. It’s always the same employees. During my last visit (Aug 21, 2025 approx 2PM), a male and female employee were working. They appeared to be annoyed of having customers in the store and preferred to hide in the back on their phones. Our order was handled carelessly, served in takeaway containers despite dining in, although I asked for real plates and cups. My request was simply ignored, while the table next to us got plates and silverware. I also got a different coffee as ordered. The employee in question, a young lady, had the nerve to demand rudely to clear out our own table in front of other guests. She didn’t tell this to the guests who left before us. today was my first time visiting this sweet cafe!! my experience was amazing!! the service was perfect!! the aesthetic of the place.. literally so peaceful & definitely will be handy when it comes to college study nights!!(the location is actually in a good area: the denton square!!)

but about the GELATO: they had all kinds of happy, fresh, fruity flavors!! i got 3 scoops~ papaya, blood orange & mango w/passion fruit!! what a dream😋(other flavors they had: blueberry, mango, black cherry, lemon, strawberry, cantaloupe, kalamansi(honestly tastes like orange/lemon peels🍋🍊) & a bunch of other flavors still. on May 8, I went in to get some gelato around 5:30ish With my support dog and there was two people working one was a lady the other was a transgender man. the man Does not even greet me, but immediately says you can’t bring that thing in here. And I’m immediately confused because I’m like what thing do I have? And I said my service dog? And the man said is he wearing a vest and I said yes & The man did not even apologize, but proceeded to say, what did I want? With an attitude. I wish I had gotten his name because he was very rude to me and this was my first time ever being here. I was leaving three people came in and he immediately greeted them. it’s really upsetting on how I was being treated.
