My prior review wasnt specific enough. Me and three of my friends stopped in to get some fish and chips, with donuts for dessert. We have been patronizing both businesses since it was a winchells, and have continued with the Baked brand. I actually wasn't that big of a fan of Winchell's, and was initially a fan of the change. That ended today. After finishing our lunch, which took us approximately 25 min, we returned to find my car towed. 4 hours and $400 dollars later, I finally retrieved my car, now making a nasty clanking noise from the suspension. I was the only car in the parking lot, which takes up approximately 17 spaces. Why someone would feel that their cookie shop needs 17 spaces of off limits parking, I will never know. After being towed I noticed that Baked had put up a super shady looking chain link fence, and a sign every 10 feet saying any patrons of GB's would be towed. Such a petty and dissapointing change. I figured so long as we came and loaded up on donuts after, we'd be fine, but I guess if you shop at GB's period, Baked management thinks you deserve to pay their towing company $400. I shop at alot of local businesses, and I've seen many awesome stories of businesses working together, offering mutual coupons and successfully sharing a customer base. This proves to me that Baked is unwilling to be a part of the community, and would rather sink their ship than work with their literal neighbor. Absolutely infuriating. I would not return to this business if I were starving. Please, anyone in my same boat, do not blame GB's for this. They did not have my car towed, and will be seeing me again for some delicious cod, sans donuts, for many...

I would give this place a 4 star but there were a few things about my experience that were not good. I placed a $300 order for my employees at work for a team meeting. The food overall was pretty good quality and taste so I was impressed there. The problem was they forgot to put the donuts that I ordered with the doordash driver (in general my experience with doordash drivers is subpar). That was problem one. The second problem and more significant was how the gal handled it when I called back. I told her what was missing and she said all she could do was refund me my money for that part of my order. I asked, "Can't you just have it delivered?" She said there is no way for them to do that. Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I was dumbfounded because our order was just DELIVERED to us!! I understand orders can have mistakes but how you handle those mistakes are so important to a client experience. There was no sorry that was given or anything like that. I just spent $300 on breakfast and that was the resolution??? I hope the owner can take notice that is NOT how you resolve an issue with a customer. The funny thing is I probably spend about 5k a year on breakfast/lunch orders throughout the year and this place had the quality of food to earn a chunk of it because it...

UPDATE We decided to visit this place again after the original owner sold it, let me tell you I am beyond disappointed! The staff looked like they didn't want to be there, the atmosphere was just very off-putting. I almost had a heart attack when I looked at menu, our favorite wraps went from $5 to $9, and then the donut prices went from reasonable to outrageous! $5 for a fritter!! $4 for a maple bar! We bought a dozen donut holes for $6 which used to be $4, and trust me they were NOT worth it, stale, hard and just disgusting! I DO NOT Recommend this place anymore and will not be coming back again at all.

Absolutely delish donuts!!! Such a stoners paradise with a HUGE selection of donuts! The price is very reasonable considering the High quality and phenomenal taste. This is our new donut stop for sure and will be back...

Up until today, we’d not had any issues. The photo in William Liebel’s review (the one below mine) is how the blueberry fritters normally look. They’re our favorite thing from this shop and we’ve purchased them numerous times before. Today, we received the items burnt to a crisp, completely inedible. I called and spoke to a manager who raised his voice, talked over me, and said that the items weren’t burnt and that it’s how they always look. Not only is that not true, but it’s completely inappropriate to talk to people that way, especially if you’re in a leadership position. I’m sick and not feeling well so I didn’t respond well either and also used some unsavory words before hanging up, but come on - do better. It’s not like I couldn’t see or taste that the food was burnt. Complete waste of 18 bucks.

Baked n’ Denver is a small and busy space, with a huge variety of delicious donuts. The mocha’s really good, and I was pleased they do latte art. Not just latte art, they do beautiful stuff. They have a parking lot, and there’s also street parking. I parked across the street, because the shop is situated at a super busy intersection. Baked n’ Denver also offers free wi-fi, though it wasn’t working when I was there earlier. The only thing missing. I’m sad to say, is gluten-free products. They have none. Won’t you consider creating some? Anyways, it’s a lovely place, with a revolving door of customers and very friendly staff. And it’s locally owned. I highly recommend visiting.

I love this place. The iced caramel mocha is my favorite and the donuts are amazing. The apple fritter is sooooo good. I love the kolaches as well, but unfortunately was disappointed today. Ordered (Doordash) the sausage and cheese but they were out of those, so I received the sausage, cheese and jalapeño instead, no big deal. Was still super excited. But unfortunately the kolaches I received were so different from every other time I have had them. Super thick dough. Looked nothing like their kolaches normally do. Just not what I was expecting and I feel bad for being disappointed, but it was just a let down. Not sure why they were different today.
