EDIT: Went in today to speak with the manager and she was not there, however there was a really sweet women working at the counter (MY USUAL EXPERIENCE ) who was so empathetic with my situation and left a message for the manager to contact me back AND SHE DID 🙌🏽🥹. Randy was a pleasure to speak to! She not only empathized and apologized but she went above and beyond to fix the situation. Due to her quick response and respectfulness I will continue to be a loyal customer!! Thank you so much 😊
DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I am sad to even advise this seeing as I come to this black jack ALLLL the time. It is my favorite. Typically I am greeted by really sweet and patient people at this location. Tonight I decided to redeem a free pizza that I had earned on May 12,2023. I tried to go online and order as I always do and the code did not work. This is the second time that my code has not worked when trying to redeem my free reward. The first time I had the pleasure of calling in a speaking to a very nice women who was able to fix it on her end. So when doing so tonight a girl answered the phone and stated that she did not See a reward and that I would have to go back online. Anyone who is a frequent user of the app and rewards is familiar with the fact that when you earn a free pizza it automatically resets your points back to zero even before redeeming your reward so you can start earning point again! I immediately asked to speak with someone else since I was aware that was not the case. The manager named mike came to the phone and while re-explaining the situation to him he cut me off and asked for my phone number. I provided it to him and advised him I would come to the location to show him proof of my free pizza. He told me that I needed to show him the proof to be able to assist me. I drove down to the location and upon walking in there were 3 employees all standing at the front and NON of them acknowledged me for the first 2-3 minutes. The girl finally spoke up to say I will be right with you but before she could get it out. Mike cut her off and says “you the one that called” he was very rude with a disgusting attitude. His eyes were EXTREMELY yellow and he seemed intoxicated I then asked him if there was another manager besides him because he was very rude. He shrugged his shoulders and proceeded. I showed him the proof of my order after he insisted that was the only way I would be able to redeem my pizza and he then tells me that I could of already used the code and I’m just trying to get another free pizza . After going back and fourth with him he then reluctantly agrees to make my pizza I told him I did not feel comfortable with him making my pizza and I wanted someone else to make it for me because I am not the one.He then try’s to argue that I threatened him even though I did not! He tells me to leave and that he would not make my pizza. I ask for the corporate number to call and complain he refused to provide it to me. I then tried to talk to the other employees and she refused to help me either stating ,” he is my boss” I then told her I just needed corporate number and her name then I would leave he then says ,”she’s not allowed to talk to you and told her not to provide her name to me” I recorded the whole interaction and will be speaking to corporate about the disgusting customer service I...
Read moreGiving this location 1 star is FAR too generous. In fact, if I could give zero or negative stars, that would be appropriate! Service at Blackjack locations in Denver are generally pretty poor so I decided to place an online order at this particular location. Also, at these loacations I’ve been told that there’s a 10-15 min delay in processing orders so I factor that in when placing online orders. Today, was no exception and I called 3 times to check on my order. The 3rd time, I was assured that my order would be ready when I arrived. It was not, it hadn’t even been placed in the oven yet. Joshua, the MOD repeatedly said that the app/website was not working correctly, no orders were showing up at the store side meaning they had no idea what my order was. The store was complete chaos, I noticed 7 employees, and not one of them even acknowledged me, finally Joshua addressed me and when I told him I was there to pick up my order, he said it wasn’t there, and made no further attempt to find/prepare it. After several attempts to explain the situation, the employees inside decided to start yelling at my bf and I. It was total chaos, nobody in there including Joshua had AN ounce of professionalism or tried to de escalate the situation. They made a horrible situation worse! By the time things calmed down on their end, I was offered to have them make the pizza I had already ordered an hour prior! At this point I wanted to get the hell out of that toxic place and take my money elsewhere. If you are aware at all your locations of system failures, you should either fix it or shut the site down and only do phone/in person orders. Instead of trying to make things right Joshua and his team decided to argue and threaten to call the police because we were rightfully upset. We paid for and did not receive our order. We were so disgusted by the behavior of Joshua and his team that we left the store empty handed even though we were charged. I will be disputing this with my card issuer and get my money refunded. I want to let the community know of this terrible experience and hopefully spare more people frustration. Also, I witnessed an employee preparing someone else’s pizza using their BARE hands AND touching multiple surfaces in between. I had lots of time to observe, and record some health code violations while being ignored. I will no longer be ordering pizza at this or ANY Blackjack Pizza. You have lost my respect and my trust and money. I will also let friends and family and co workers know about this particular experience. There are far too many other mediocre pizza places in Denver that know how to treat customers and make things right....
Read moreI had never really had an issue before until yesterday June 04 ,2018 when I placed and order online order at 9:58am for one our employees to be delivered at 11:30 am which was perfect since employees go to lunch at 11:30 , I received and email confirmation with my order and then I received a 2nd confirmation that my order was out for delivery at 11:02 am
By 11:40 am I called the store to see the status of the order , I must of called about 5 times before I actually was able to speak with someone
I kept being placed on hold and hung up on , when I finally speak with someone by the name of ROY stating he is the manager I asked about my order he rudely answered me that delivery time was out by 2 hours online ordering is not accurate to their timeline and he hung up on me
I called again and I kept getting hung up on or on hold , finally ROY answers and says what do you want your order is out for delivery by this time its 11:54 the employee no longer needed the order I told Roy I needed the order to be canceled and refunded since we no longer needed the order by then he hangs up on me
I must of called more than 10 times Im sure my number is on their caller ID finally Roy answers and tells me WHAT ! I told him I need to speak to a manager and that this order needed to be canceled and refunded he rudely told me the following
I AM ROY I AM THE MANAGER YOU CAN COMPLAIN TO WHO EVER THE HELL YOU WANT IM PLACING YOUR NUMBER ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST !

I could not believe the type of customer service I received , its very unfortunate that people work for customer service positions and have no experience or patience to handle the stress their job may come along with .
