Mattress Firm Quebec Square — Local services in Denver

This is not related to this specific store but the shady practices by Mattress Firm. BEWARE! All other credit cards that I have had with promotional interest free periods that get setup on auto pay are set to clear the balance before the interest is charged - Mattress Firm has it setup so it won't clear but not disclosed. I just got hit with $2,5k in interest and way overpaid for what was already an overpriced mattress. Ultimately this is my fault for not double checking the math on the monthly payments, but this is extremely shady, unethical, and how they make their money. If you choose to shop with this company, don't get their credit card and don't give them a penny more than you should! They will not even negotiate with you, so I have paid, closed my card and NEVER shopping...

He was extremely helpful with the selection (I wasn’t too picky and focused more on price as it is for my 9 year old and was still able to get a quality innerspring hybrid mattress for under $200) and sale over the phone (free delivery tomorrow), including when I called back later to ask him questions about my bedframe and what if any foundation I might need for this particular use case (thus the sans mattress photo). It's very upsetting to be negative but I just want to warn other so they don't have the same happen. I genuinely believed I got a sweet deal on my new bed and base but I was DECEIVED.!! I was told I'd be getting the product that I wanted but instead was given something different.! When I called to promt the issue they said it was a MISCOMMUNICATION on my end.?
