In general, most of the staff is ok during the day. The majority of the night crew is horrendously rude. There is also one older man that works during the day that seems to have some vendetta against me. If he doesn't physically see me hit the confirm pick up button on my doordash orders he absolutely loses his mind. Like he hasn't seen me in there upwards of five or six times a day sometimes over the last 2 years. I know the drill. I have to hit the confirm pickup button to get handed the order. So I always hit the button as the order is being walked up to me. No other employee has an issue with me doing that aside from this older gentleman. I've picking orders up from here for 2 years. If I was going to steal one, I would have done it by now.
Which would you rather have? Some random Chick-fil-A order, or money? đ¤
There was also a time where I had arrived at the store to pick up an order at around 9:30 p.m. but the manager on duty told me someone else had picked it up. Which means the order had been stolen. She told me that if I could get doordash to call her she would remake it. By 9:35 the doordash support person had started to try and call the Chick-fil-A but they kept ignoring the phone until 9:45 when she finally answered but told the support person it was too late to remake the order. Why not just tell me to begin with you're not willing to remake it instead of having me waste that time?
Even though the majority of the employees seem to be decent, it still seems like most of them don't really want to help you. If you aren't a customer ordering in the line and are only there to pick up a mobile order or delivery in the store, it seems like you have to be ignored or walked past at least 10-15 times by the employees before one will acknowledge your existence. They'll look at you but quickly look away hoping you didn't see that they saw you standing there waiting. Which is insane since there's usually at least five people standing there talking to each other instead of acknowledging the customers and saying I'll be right with you or someone will help you soon.
Just because a customer places their order online for somebody else to pick up and deliver doesn't mean they are any less important than the customers that are in-store ordering. In fact, they placed their order prior to everybody else in that line that we as delivery drivers get ignored for. It's absolutely ridiculous.
The generic copy and pasted responses to the negative reviews here just show the lack of care you guys actually have for...
Read moreThe customer service at this location was incredibly disappointing. I visited today and unfortunately, Tonya was the one who approached my car. She didn't greet me with a simple "hello" or "how are you"âjust immediately asked for my name for the order. Its pretty clear that courtesy seems to be a thing of the past at fast food places. I started placing my order, but I was on a phone call with a client. I had muted the call to order, but needed to respond to my client who was speaking and ask her to please give me a minute. so I asked Tonya to please wait one moment. Instead of understanding, she rolled her eyes and made an annoyed noise.
When I unmuted my phone to speak with my client and ask for a quick moment, Tonya raised her voice and loudly asked if I was ready to continue my order. I politely asked my client to hold for a moment, but before I could finish, Tonya again, very loudly, asked if I wanted a drink or not. At that point, I ended the call. I was just so frustrated by Tonyaâs unprofessional behavior. There wasnât a line behind me, so I wasnât holding up the service in any way. I had been respectful and patient with her, yet her attitude was dismissive and rude.
After I finished my call, Tonya smiledâlike she was pleased to have embarrassed me or something. The whole interaction felt very uncomfortable and strange. Then, when I asked if someone else could assist me, she bowed towards me, laughed, and said, âgladly.â She proceeded to talk into her microphone, pointing at my car and laughing with others. When I finally spoke to the manager, he acted as though he had no idea what had happened. He even claimed that Tonya wasnât speaking to him through the mic and seemed dismissive of the situation. When I asked him to address it, he just asked me what I wanted and said he could talk to her, but that he didnât know the full situation.
Itâs honestly baffling that he would lie about something so obvious. Iâve been to this location many times, but after today, Iâll be taking the extra drive to either the Colorado Blvd or Green Valley location. Itâs really unfortunate because this is the only location in Northfield, but the experience was bad enough that I wonât...
Read moreI'm disappointed to say the least. I went there for lunch today with my grandbabies and was picking up lunch for my daughter also. We went through the drive thru the girls in the drive thru were messing around and not paying attention no big deal gotta have fun at work I get it. I ordered and recieved my order or so I thought. I realized when I reached my destination that we were missing a sandwich and 2 fries. Things happe. I get it. I spent the next 30 minutes trying to call to let them know I had things missing from my order. No one answered so my daughter and kids ate and I needed to get home and so I figured I'd stop by to let them know since no one wanted to answer the phone. I walked in an asked someone for a manger. The young man was polite and told the man and woman manager that a guest wanted to speak to one of them. At this point they both act like its too much of a bother and go back and forth about who is gonna help me. Finally the man decided to help and I explained everything to him and just asked for him to refund the part that was missing since I needed to be somewhere else and had already missed having lunch with my kids. I had spent almost $35 which I know isn't alot for most people but for me it is especially for fast food and lunch. He proceeds to take my card and said he would put $9 and some change back on my card at least thats what he said he was doing. I didn't ask for free food or anything else and just the refund for what I didnt get. Here's the great part. He never refunded my money and now I have 2 charges for the $35 dollars on my account. I dont know what kind of scam they have going but I'm definitely not happy and will be taking this up with my bank. I will never go back to this place again. Yes I did try calling again and no they still didn't answer the phone .
Update--- I had my bank take the extra charge off. I won't ever go back to this chick fil a again. Its not worth a free cookie to me thanks though. All I wanted to do is get what I didn't get refunded to my card and...
