Fed me moldy food and after showing it to them they had nothing to say about it other than “do I want something”?
I stopped in for a bowl of soup with a side baguette. Noticed the bread was so stale I couldn’t even bite pull it apart with my teeth so I ripped. It was very obviously old bread or has been sitting out for at least a day. I’m not a Karen so just let it go, tried digging out the inside of the baguette to at least eat that with my bowl of soup (still very dry and crumbly) and lone behold it was full of MOLD. I took it up to the front counter to show the manager (Casey, I believe)? Because I don’t expect anyone to just take my word for it without seeing it. Casey just asked if I wanted something?…no, I don’t WANT anything, but I don’t appreciate paying for and accidentally consuming moldy food from any restaurant…especially when you come to Panera for fresh bread specifically. I didn’t appreciate the way she handled it at all. Blankly staring at me and talking to me as if I was trying to get a free pastry or something? Idk. I will definitely not be returning to this location. This is a first for me at any Panera in the US and is truly unacceptable from any food service company. She looked right at the mold and I know the person who served me felt the rock that they put on the plate. Just all around disappointing and hope I don’t get...

I decided to try their new Signature chicken sandwich after at late night of helping my husband run errands. It was by far one of the worst sandwiches I've ever eaten. The brioche bun was kind of heavy and not very soft or light like a Brioche should be. There wasn't even a dab of Mayo on the bun, the lettuce was a spring, not really a piece. I thought there would be a tomato or pickle, but no. They put these weird cheese crisp things on it too. The chicken seemed old and dried out. There was no crunch or hardly any coating. It looked like a pre coated, pre-made patty they pulled out the refrigerator and placed in a microwave. It did however have a little flavor. I had to take it home and doctor it up with Mayo, lettuce and pickes. Such a disappointment. I took a few bites and disposed of the rest. That's something I try my best not to do, waste food. If this is what Panera's calls a Signature sandwich, they need to go back to the drawing board. Popeyes and Chick-fil-A are much better. Better yet, stay home, save your $15 and make your own. Never again for the chicken sandwich...
Read moreFrom the moment I walked in I felt almost alienated with how the staff treated me. As an Uber driver I am preforming a third-party task for a customer that has already paid for their service. For most restaurants or fast food locations, hearing that the first driver had stolen the order, a new order starts up. Two orange scones at the price of $4 is nothing for most restaurants but for this Panera, 2 $4 scones is more than they are willing to part with. After the manager Jeff Dubell had his power trip over $4 scones, I proceeded to attempt to purchase them myself for the customer who had already paid for their order, Jeff Dubell refused to serve me for the customer who again has already paid for these services and should in no way be inconvenienced because of other drivers. I am seriously trying to pay for something that has already been paid for and they said no.
This kind of service happens a lot to drivers who pick up orders. They wouldn't treat any other customers this way but because I'm a driver I get treated with nothing but prejudice and on occasion like today racism. All over 2 $4...
