I was told my food would be ready in 5-8 minutes and instead it took almost 45 minutes. The app never updated the time or told me why it was taking so long. And when I asked the front desk person, they didn’t know either and just said, “Oh, they’re just busy.” If they’re busy, they should tell customers that when they order. My friend and I had planned extra time so we could just sit and eat at the tables there. Instead, we had to rush and eat in the car because we were going to an event. So definitely don’t go here if you are on a schedule. Also, for that long of a wait, they should offer some kind of discount. But I didn’t even get an apology. I just ordered a simple chicken and rice bowl (no substitutions or changes) from the gluten free place and for $17, it wasn’t that great. The food was already getting cold by the time I got it and the chicken was soggy, telling me that it had been sitting around for awhile and they probably forgot about it. If it had been fresh, it would have been better. I was excited to find a gluten-free place but I won’t be going back.

Dr. Burrito and Mr. Croissant is a ghost kitchen running out of Vallejo Food Pickup. Their breakfast sandwiches are OK, but serving them on a bun, with sausage links, is a mess. The bun getaway soggy and disintegrated causing the contents of the sandwich to fall and roll out. Perhaps something a little more sturdy? The hashbrowns are flavorless and could use a little salt. Overall, it seemed a tad lazy. I will watch for them in the future to see if improvements are made.

Colorado Dumpling Shop is great. I got the shrimp dumplings and they are awesome. The chili oil is great. Not hot but has flavor and makes it very delicious 😋

the sales team for cloudkitchens are deceitful, shady and disrespectful. I've tried three times in over the span of about a year to invest in commerical kitchen space and each time, other than this most recent, they were trying to pull sneak deceitful dishonest sales practices. First, they wanted me to take advantage of a lease to own equipment package whereby they had a sales flyer of very nice shiny professinal equipment, but low and behold just before I was to sign the contract I realized I needed documtation about warranties on the equipment, but I was told there weren't any. Why? Because the equipment was actually used and that it wasn't a lie because the contract never actually stated that the equipment was new. Second time I tried, was promised some storage credits as incentive to get my business started there. However again, in time of signing i wanted to see that promotion in writing but was told the billing system was separate from the lease, and that they couldn't make it visible or connected between the two "systems," yet they claim to be such a tech-forward innovative company yet can't figure out how to solve for that? Really? My middle school newphew can write APIs harder than that. This third time, their pushy rude and unprofessional sales guy constantly urged me to sign up, all while he was taking trips to mexico, failed to anwer my questions unless I had to remind him to document each and every question or detail or promise I was concerned about and when he did respond but I wasn't fast enough for him, like if I was busy in the kitchen and didn't see his repsonse fast enough or sign accounding to his schedule, he'd insult me asking if this deal is "feasible" or out of my budget. Look bro, I understand inventory can change, promotions have limits, etc but doesn't mean you have to be pushy or even worse belittle my resources or intelligence or integrity. If you're looking for a partner to open your food business, beware of the tricks they will try to pull, surprises and be sure to dedicate 100% of your time and attention to them or get that wallet ready to open wide and inside out as they milk you for ever detail you miss in their fine print while they push and haggle you to sign today, sign sign sign. With the increase in inventory and high turnover for commerical space, take your time and don't let them bully you in with highest prices and "gotcha"...
