Vallejo Food Pickup — Restaurant in Denver

I’m not sure where these other people all went, but I definitely didn’t have as good of an experience. We ordered delivery through their website (it was delivered by a third party but we did not order through the third party, we ordered directly from Vallejo) and only half of our food made it. I immediately reached out to the driver, and he confirmed he had picked up the only food that was waiting. I attempted to reach out to Vallejo, but there was no number on the website to call regarding issues. All I could do was fill out their online help form. I filled it out THREE different times, and I NEVER heard back from them. Our order was over $100 but it was missing $50 worth of food. After hearing from no one, despite repeated attempts to get help, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. I hated doing that, but I felt like I had no other choice. I only disputed the part I didn’t get - $50. Two plus months later, I’ve learned I was denied because Vallejo claimed it had been delivered. Not sure how that could be when it never arrived. How Vallejo can feel good about lying about their service and stealing my money really speaks to the kind of people who run it. Disappointing because it was good food and we definitely would’ve been repeat customers, but now that I’ve seen their unethical business practices, I will never do business...

I've ordered from multiple restaurants on site and had great experiences. Mile high Thai is absolutely fabulous. There egg rolls are so delicious along with the fried rice. Dr. Burrito is delicious as well the spicy chorizo Burrito is very good. Add the Pico de Gallo and salsa..fire! Holy mollie Mac and cheese has a breakfast croissant...yumm!! The App Store has an amazing chicken sandwich that is so good. Tender and juicy and the homemade ranch is delicious on top of it. Totally recommend! Borderless is awesome! Great food and it tastes great as well!! Inga’s alpine tavern is amazing!! I had the caprese pizza and it was delicious!! Great crust and cheese was on point along with the balsamic vinegar!! Yummmm! Also got the fried pickles and the dinner salad.. first of all they are whole slivers of the pickle not the little slices!! They were awesome. The salad was great! Fresh and a huge size!! So I was picking up two orders (uber eats)....after they gave me the first order. Some dude very aggressively was like

"You have to get out of the lobby" I said "I'm waiting for a second order." EFF BOY says "your just gonna have to call the restraunt when your order is ready" and he also said it should be about 5 minutes....I said okay no problem and walked out.....this place has a texting system to text the drivers when order is ready.. another 15 minutes goes by but no text.... (By this time I had been waiting 40 minutes) I called "the restraunt" and eff boy answers and says. "Oh yeah that order has been ready I'll come let you in".....then never comes to let me in. Luckily there was another driver waiting in the lobby! The lobby I was kicked out of! So I wait 5 more minutes at the empty counter. Decided I had too much and just walked behind the desk area to grab my customers order and walked out......honestly ruined my day that otherwise would have been fine.
