It kills me how many people come on here being upset about this place. Is it fine dining? No you're at an airport. Is it super cheap? No you're at an airport. Is it the best food you've ever had? No you're at an airport. Few things, it's a pretty good burger and I love crinkle fries, I spent $12 and only waited about 7-8 minutes after my order was placed. If you're upset about the price, go to mcdonalds and you may save a couple dollars. Whatever you have here will be a thousand times better than any plane food. Be thankful this isn't Newark where you can't even get a side of fries for less than $15. If you're upset about the customer service, again, be glad you're not at Newark airport where they will cuss you out for just existing. These workers are here dealing with hundreds of people in a day, be patient and thankful for the workers who showed up today to cook your food and...
Read moreCan't recommend. Consistently the worst Shake Shack I have been to. After giving this particular location multiple chances, I can say this ain't a good one. The food is usually lukewarm and tastes a bit off. The quality is questionable and definitely not Shake Shack quality. The tables tend to be sticky with the sheer volume of people who dine here. Prepare to fight for a table. They do offer wipes for you to clean them yourself, however. The employees are not friendly and give an air of being inconvenienced by your presence or taking your order. I wouldn't say it was overpriced for an airport Shake Shack IF the quality were up to par, but this is way overpriced for what they're serving. The burger is good in a pinch, as in if the other restaurants nearby are too packed and there isn't a long line at this one. If you can, by all means avoid this particular location and eat...
Read moreI'm sorry to say that this is the worst Shake Shack restaurant by far.
On 11/11 at 1:26 PM I ordered a Chick'n Shack and a Hot Dog but for some reason the cashier ordered the Chick'n Shack only. When I went back to kindly ask to add a Hot Dog to my order, they reacted in a very rude and unprofessional way yelling at me that I wasn't clear earlier. Well, if "A Chick'n Shack and a Hot Dog, please" is not clear enough, I don't know what else to say.
Even if there was a misunderstanding — which can happen, regardless if it was me or them — for sure that's not the appropriate way to treat a customer. Very, very rude and impolite.
Talking about the food, the Chick'n Shack was good but the Hot Dog was terrible: cold bread, greasy and flavorless meat.
Definitely a Shake Shack restaurant to avoid if...
