Very friendly, food and service was amazing.. River the bartender / manager was super friendly, . Although I stayed at the Holiday Inn their bar closes at 7:00pm & Characters closes at midnight . I Highly recommended if your staying in this area & super friendly. The pork hatch chili is not your "typical" chili but Amazing ( spicy ) and delicious. A Denver Staple. Thanks to River for a very welcoming and friendly visit. Glad I walked over... Looking forward to coming back. 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼

The wings were absolutely delicious! 🍗 In my 10 years in America, it’s the first time I’ve had wings this tasty. Special thanks to the chef who prepared them — truly amazing! ☺️ The staff was polite and friendly, and the service was excellent. A great place to relax!

Not a bad place if you want something to eat in the hotel. I got the salad with salmon and it was actually pretty good. My server was very nice too. You definitely know you’re in a hotel though, and be prepared for Hilton prices.

Service is slow and unorganized. Hard to tell who belonged where when all employees are behind the bar and waiting tables. Staff ran around like it was everyone's first day. If I am going to pay $20 a hamburger and $15 a drink, I expect the staff to know what is going on. After watching the manager play with the staff while our cold beers sat at the well (and arrived in warm glasses straight out of the dishwasher 🙄)I would have to guess it all...

Food was awful. $20 for a burger with the classic perfectly round frozen patty, absolutely zero seasoning, and bland old fries. Chicken sandwich was the same. They use fancy descriptions for ingredients, but you'd be better off at McDonald's. At least...
