Today, I went in at about 6:20pm to get a full set of acrylic removed and a manicure. I called ahead at 6 to make sure they could remove the acrylic and that there'd be enough to before they close for them to take me. It's currently 10:38pm as I'm writing this and one of my nails is already chipped.

First, the lady tried to peel my nail off of the acrylic from underneath the acrylic tip. I have never seen this method of nail removal before and she seemed confused as to why it wasn't working .. it made my skin crawl I could feel my nail bending as she picked at it. So another lady took over and soaked my nails in acetone before buffing the heck out of them. Then, a man took over to do the 'nail art'. Right after he started, all the other workers started to leave; he looked up and watched them all go. I got a normal manicure and they had me put my hand under the UV light to dry the Polish (?) And he was in such a hurry to leave that there wasn't enough time for my nails to dry between layers. He made a joke that I should have gotten shellac instead of polish - this was the only thing a worker had said to me besides asking if my friend was getting a service done too. I had tried talking to the girls and even asked a few questions, multiple times, and was simply ignored.

It has been 3 hours since my service and my right thumb nail is already chipping. I paid $10 for the nail removal, $10 for the 'nail art' and $14 for the manicure, plus a 20% gratuity as the man stayed after hours for me. STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE LADIES DO WHATEVER THEY WANT, NOT WHAT YOU ASK FOR!!!! this was a horrible experience. i went in to get a simple acrylic fill with with the colored powder. after the lady decided on her own, to file all of my old nails down, she started to fill my nails with pink gel and i stopped her and asked why she was using the pink and she claimed thats what i asked for, having never said anything about anything pink she then started to do the white acrylic. after 45 min of filling and more fileing, she then went to put some top coat on my nails, and i pulled my hand away and asked what it was, and she was putting a gel top coat on my, which i also NEVER asked for or even mentioned the word gel, so then she told me to go wash my hands and when i returned she tried to put a clear coat on my nails, and again i pulled my had away and asked what she was doing and she said painting them, everyone knows there is no paint on the colored acrylic. so she then took our this little hand held "buffer" and just filed my nails some more. i then went to give her the $15 for my fill and she said it was $30 since i got pink and whites, which i didnt!!! after 15 min of arguing with the lady i just left! i do not recommend this place to...

My pedi was fine but my full set acrylics were not. The lady that did mine has short black hair, older. She glued on some of the nails crooked, when I asked her to fix it she huffed and puffed. Most nails especially my thumbs were filed with a slant. My right thumb is so screwed up, my nail is lifted and she just added more acrylic powder to widen the nail since she filed it so badly. She left gaps where my nails already looked like they needed to get a fill and when i pointed it out to her she said she did it on purpose bc when she uses the filing tools it was going to hurt me. She huffed and puffed and then added more acrylic powder. My thumb nail is still lifted even after she "fixed it" her terrible attitude made it worse. I had to triple check my paint job and still made corrections. My nails are all different lengths too and they're basically pink blocks. SO UGLY! I think the manager came to see me but it was only to see me. Ha. No discount, no solutions not even a sorry. She disappeared when I was done too btw. I got my nails done for an event and I couldn't be more disappointed!! I never write reviews. I used to frequent this salon. NEVER AGAIN!!! *BUYERS BEWARE, YOU DON'T EVEN GET WHAT...
