For being an hotel restaurant, I really enjoyed my meal. Started with the pork belly appetizer, maybe a little bit on the dry side but overall pretty tasty, nice presentation, the devil eggs side it's a nice way to complement the dish. For my entree I ended up getting the trout on a bed of quinoa with a side salad: the trout was cook well, not too dry and the skin was nice and crispy. The quinoa was a little bland, I would have enhanced it maybe with a little chopped walnuts and/or some kind of chopped veggie. I finished with the chai cheesecake with berries, which was also pretty tasty, not too heavy, the sliced apples on the cheesecake were a nice touch too. Service was good, and the beer selection is pretty nice, both draft and can beer, would definitely come back to eat here.

It's cold outside so I decided to have breakfast in the hotel. I've had dinner here before but this was a first visit for breakfast. The restaurant has been updated in the past couple years, it's got a nice vibe to it. The service was good but due to COVID there were only 2 servers. They did a great job for being short handed. There isn't a lot of selection on the menu but it has the basics, eggs, omelette, pancakes, etc. I had the eggs to order with bacon, potatoes, and toast. Overall, it was good. Nothing to set it apart though. No special sauces or fancy anything. The prices are reasonable for a hotel restaurant. I will come back and try the other menu items.

Okay, I was so excited to try this place & little did I know it was actually in the hotel I was staying at! Went here for breakfast & I was so disappointed. I tried the Avo-lanche toast. It was such a disappointment. Nothing like that the description says. There were no grilled tomatoes, it was not on a wheat berry bread. I had 3 halves of cherry tomatoes in my meal & so much arugula or kale. Thumbs down. My friend has the huevos rancheros & she liked it okay but it was really saucy. My mimosa was mostly just orange juice. Very different from any other drinks at this hotel. Staff was okay.

I ordered home on the range, which is 2 eggs any style, toast, potatoes, and choice of sausage, bacon or ham. When the waitress came i pointed to the home on range, said i would like my eggs over easy and bacon.. not thinking i had a choice of toast or potatoes because that is what was offered. I get 2 eggs over easy, no toast, and bacon. How do you eat eggs if ready with no toast. I explained that i thought today came with the meal so she brought toast out.. but then my eggs were cold. I ate my toast and bacon and then i got the bill. She charged me for the meal i didnt get and then explained that she charged me that because other wise ordering everything ala cart was more expensive.. what a nice thing to do when i didn't get the meal i wanted, oh and the coffee was horrible.. this place is expensive anyway and to not get what you want.. the last time i was here the kind waiter asked what kind of toast i wanted and if i needed anything throughout my visit. This was a horrible experience especially for a Hilton...
