I went into chipotle on a Friday to eat with my family. At 7:45 pm they had already shut down the restrooms. My 3 yo son needed to pee and was refused. We spoke to the GM and she acted like there was some technical reason they could not reopen the restroom for one small child to pee aside from laziness from her own staff. I was in the service industry for 18 years. The GM sets the tone for the staff. The entire staff was rude and lazy. Who shuts down the restroom at the tail end of a dinner rush? We were forced to leave. In other words, we had to leave a restaurant to eat at home because the staff was too lazy to take 2 mins to create restroom accommodations for a 3 yo. The food was slop and not fresh, I assume because the staff could not be bothered to cook fresh food. I bet food safety standards were not met. If they can’t cook fresh food, I promise they’re not checking temps on the line. I filed a complaint with corporate and they did nothing to make it right. Chipotle used to be my favorite place to eat. Lately every location has gone downhill, but this has by far been the worst. I will not be back and I will spread the word far and wide. The chipotle on Hampden is a dump and the entire staff sucks except for ONE guy. Zero stars. Would not recommend. Read moreI really don’t know what’s wrong with some people choosing to work at a job that involves working with the public. I don’t mean to get physical descriptions of people it’s just that I don’t know their names. The chubby big cashier guy with the glasses seemed to be grumpy and basically wants to ring you up real quick without asking for chips and drinks. So when he took my salad order, I wanted a drink but he already had rung me up and he gave an attitude again when I went to get the lid for my salad that I haven’t finished out. Overall the other employees like the short older Hispanic lady who was preparing the salad, was very helpful and very quick.
most of the time going to chipotle, you will find good customer service, but I also ran into this other girl in San Antonio where I live and she also had an attitude especially with women. Some people really don’t need to work for public if you’re going to be grumpy or have an attitude.

Read moreUncooked rice, hard stale when we complained mostly it was like ya ya as if it didn't make any difference . We had 2 burrito bowls and both had uncooked rice . You had raw rice to chew when you took a bite. I will put the picture of the burrito bowl . I have put 3 grains of rice which were raw just for the reference on the left edge of the bowl of the picture just so that you guys can see it also I showed it to the staff too but they didn't seem to care. Also the whole batch of rice was uncooked because the other bowl I bought also had the same problem. This is so unprofessional . I had ordered 2 veggie bowls and I don't put many things on it besides rice . I dont put beans or anything and I feel cheated that my 15 bucks got wasted. I have been giving chipotle business all my life and spent 1000s of dollars on this place and I never have gotten raw rice in my life plus no hey can we do something else for you kind of thing or can we reduce your bill or anything .
