Over the last few months, I have had the worst experience with this store. From the rude customer service, lack of managerial skills, non-working phone systems and orders not even being delivered. I first though my first negative experience with being quoted a delivery time of 35-45 mins and my order not being delivered until 2 hours later was a fluke. But as the month has progressed, my experiences have gone down hill. The drivers have no professionalism and have argued with me about the order I have placed and one insulted my holiday reef on my door. I typically order online so that way I can keep track of what I order and the accuracy of my order. This last time I order, I placed it online and realized that I had left something off my order. I called the store and asked if I could add two additional items to my order. I was advised I could but my order would take a little longer. I had no problem with this because I knew more time would be needed. When the delivery driver arrived, he only had part of my order. I advised him that there were two items missing and he argued with me about what I ordered. He then said, “If you have a problem, Call the store. It’s not my problem.” Needless to say he did not wait for me to call the manager and just left. I called the store and they advised that because I added an additional item to my original order it would be sent out in two phase. I would like to add that I called the store immediately after I placed my online order so that this would not happen. I waiting for over and hour and a half and no one showed up. I called the store again and they said it was sent out for delivery. I waited another hours and by this time the store was closed. Needless to say my order never showed up. I called the next morning to speak to a manager and was advised she was aware of the situation and told me, “Well what do you want me to do about it.” The response to the situation in my opinion is unacceptable. If they are looking to drive away business, they are doing a great job. I called the night manager to see what had happened with my order and waited on hold for over 45 mins to speak with someone. With the number of options of different pizza places, I’ve chosen Domino’s because I enjoy your pizza but after these past experiences I will not chose Dominos and recommend that no one use this store as well. Read moreOrdered online. Picked up in the store. Ordered a thin crust spinach and feta pizza and chicken carbonara pasta. When I picked up the pizza and got back to work and open the pizza box, the pizza was burnt. I called the store and talked to the manager Araceli. I told her that my pizza was burnt. She told me that she doubted that my pizza was burnt. I asked her if she could make me another one and I will come back to pick it up. She told me NO and that she wanted to see the pizza first. I got back to the store and showed her the pizza. She said, that's what you ordered. I told her that I didn't order a burned pizza. I asked her repeatedly if she thought the pizza burned. She wouldn't answer me but she did say "If the pizza was burnt, you wouldn't have eaten any". I told her that I bought it for a couple of warehouse employees at work and they were on lunch break and had to return to work and hadn't eaten so they took a small piece with them back to work. She refused to make me another pizza other than the same one that I had ordered. I asked for a refund and I had to complete another transaction to order another pizza to go. This manager definitely needs to learn people skills and should attend a seminar on his to manage a restaurant and deal with customers. I called at 1hr 20min to check on the status of my delivery and the person who answered was rather clueless. After giving him my number he merely stated "ummm it's out for delivery" no apology for the delay, no attempt to contact the driver to find out why it was taking so long. At 2 hours I called again and asked for a manager and he kept wanting to get my info saying the manager was on the phone. Again no apology and he simply stated my order was marked delivered. This being impossible since I was sitting at my front door waiting. Then the manager gets on the phone and basically calls me a liar saying his driver knocked and called me not realizing I have a Ring doorbell and there was never any Dominos car ever in front of my house nor did my cellphone ever ring. Again no apology, no offer to make a free order, just simply said "we will get your order over as soon as possible" Worst customer service at this location and yet you won't let me pick a different delivery store only 1 more...
