I live down the street from the library there always kids on compiters, they are using the "N" word loosely out loud, kids then trying to provoke the adults to respond to the disrespectful kids, I told staff I told security officer about my experience and nothing gets done. My 10 year old daughter was watching two kids fighting in kids area out of sight of security officer. Not a quite place to study doesn't feel safe. I called to speak to head person of library and the gentlemen that took my call wanted to give me voicemail not even concerned why I am calling. I am currently sitting in the study room where it is noticeable quieter from the rest of the library, until two females entered the room and have not stopped talking to each other in loud voices. One of them is on her cell phone as i type this. Her pitch is even louder than before. Her ringtone was full volume. It is very irritating. Teenagers with no real purpose of being at the library roam in the front of the building, there are even more inside. They take up every seat and table in the library just to socialize. Read moreMy husband grew up in this library. He says it used to be bigger and better but I personally like it. We always come in the mornings before the kids come in and take up all the computers. Which I’ve seen in my home state lots of kids do. So I kinda found that Normal. I went with my husband once and he was on the computer and I was bored and saw they were letting people color butterflies.
