would not recommend to anyone! The driver(john) & mngr were both very rude. Neither know anything about customer service or food service. Not only were we double charged but after paying via cc online wewere charged again over the phone before we got the order. No receipt was given & no tickets on boxes. Well john must have given our paid for pizzas to the order before us since he noted that we were his last order. The order that was not paid for. The order we were also charged for was not even ours. We received a completely different two pizzas different sauce different toppings different crusts (8$ extra for both to have a new garlic stuffed crust) these were plain no sauce. Nothing was right. I think he realized he messed up and still went along with it without even checking if it was what we ordered that we were now paying another $30 for. Either the whole store is in on a big scam to take all the $ they can or they are just too incompetent to be in good service. And worst off they said their was nothing they could do. $60 for two pizzas that weren't what we wanted no apologize no compensation and rude service all the way around. Read morePlaced an order for pick up. As I’m writing this I am in their lobby waiting for my order, where I keep getting lied about wait time. I walked in half an hour after placing the order and they told me that it was almost done and I would have to wait about 10-15 minutes. Well 10 minutes pass and the person who seems to be running the store tells me it will be another 10-15 minutes. After another 15 minutes she comes up and tells me that it will be another 10-15 minutes and then proceeds to ask me if I still want it or if I want to cancel my order. I could not cancel my order as it was for a school event and after waiting for so long, I am appalled that they had the nerve to tell me if I want to cancel my order. That only gives me the impression that they have not even started working on the order. If they would have been honest with me about what was going on and that they were behind on orders I would have been more than fine. So I called and the manager said they could send out a corrected pizza or keep the one they'd already delivered and the next on was on them. So fine! Awesome! We kept the wrong one instead of waiting another hour and believed the "next one's on use" story. So jump forward a week. Order pizza and breadsticks and chicken. Of course thinking the pizza was complimentary due to the mistake. Nope! No note in my account as I was assured. Nothing! Pay full price. So just be aware that the accuracy and customer service is not at all up to par. If they make a mistake. Get a refund right then because rest assured they dont honor their promises at a later date.
