I ordered a couple of pizzas off of the Domino's app, after over an hour and a half and no pizza, I called in to the store and talked to the so called manager, Brian (server 1944 at store 6216) The "manager" was extremely rude when I asked why my pizza was taking 1.5 hours to deliver when the pizza tracker said it had already arrived and my apartment is less than 2 miles from the store, I thought maybe the driver was in a terrible accident. He then began to talk to me like a child and treat me as if I was the one at fault for relying on THEIR pizza tracker, because, in his words, (after rudely interrupting me) "Our tracker is inaccurate and that's an I.T issue, so you should take that up with corporate" so when I told him I was going to do just that he asked me if I wanted his information and yelled into the phone his name, Brian, and that he was the manager and sarcastically told me "You're welcome" when I clearly did not thank him, being as rude as he was. I have worked in customer service for over ten years, with management experience, and I have NEVER in my life seen or received such terrible and hateful customer "service" in my entire life. Read moreThe Hampden location is a mess Decided to do carry out so u didn't have to pay the fees and stuff for delivery this time and wish I would've just done delivery or picked a different location! We weren't even acknowledged when we walked in (arrived almost 10 min after the order was ready "apparently") we stood at the counter and waited to be greeted for almost 10 min... They were busy but no one even said hi or they will be with us in a few. The phone was ringing off the hook while the one guy at the registers was on a call and you could tell he was new and didn't know what to do. He kept asking his coworker for help who completely blew him off too. Oh and they charge $1 for psrm cheese and $1 for some pepper!?!?? Overall when we finally got greeted and paid for our food if wasn't anything special. Last time we loved it and was delicious. It was like warm and seemed almost like it was missing some ingredient? It was just off. I called to talk to a manager and the phone was never answered! It was 7 on a Sunday night! This order has to be transferred to another domino’s, so we Call around to other domino’s the order was not there either. Call back to this location, it’s found in their system and employee tells me it’s on the way. Food is delivered but driver will not give it to us unless we give cash. We already paid with card over the phone. Driver leaves with food while I call the store. Same employee answers and tells me we were not supposed to be charged, but the delivery driver already left with the food without attempting to call the store to see what was going on. Apparently our original order had been cancelled and re rung as cash. Lady told me delivery driver just got back and that she would try to catch him on the way out and hangs up. Unclear thinking that meant it was being sent out, I call a half hour later, they tell me the original order has been cancelled and they can resend out the order but we gotta pay.
