This location is trash. The employees in the night crew are a bunch of immature people. They are rude and disrespectful and I'm not sure how management tolerates the employees to cuss and speak freely about inappropriate things Just throw the whole location away with the employees because they barely understand how to cook your order correctly anyway. I can make my burger at home and it would be better than this damn locations food if I'm being honest. I went in there taking my friend for the first time and we were disrespected for a simple order that wasn't even made the way I asked might I add. The employees were closing up and I orgldered another sandwich, which I mentioned I would do before sitting down and eating my food. I go up there 7 mins before they are officially closed and placed my sandwich to go. This employee took my order and told me my total and everything just to find out that there was no money in the drawer. She called the night shift manager to help her give me my change since she already took my order. The night shift manager then told me that she already took the drawer and she would just give it to me for free. She then told the the young lady on grill to prepare my order. The whole time she's telling the manager how she isn't going to do anything for me. The night shift manager didn't say anything. So its obvious she let's the employees manage her. This was very disappointing and its unfortunate people lack integrity and compassion in...
Read moreI love Five Guys but made the mistake of ordering delivery from them. It turns out this is done - without my knowledge or consent - via a third party: Uber Eats Direct.
My delivery disappeared not once by twice. And I cannot get any kind of refund because the restaurant is, "not responsible." Uber eats has no record of my order because it was through the restaurant and so they are, "not responsible".
I paid a delivery fee and a nice tip to the restaurant and the Uber driver(s) and in the end spent two full hours waiting and then getting my food myself. Not opposed to driving but then who am I tipping? I feel for the people are unable to drive due to handicaps or other problems. This service would be truly useful but is not at all.
I do not understand why Five Guys offers a delivery service if they are unable to actually deliver anything. And unlike other ordering experiences, ahem Chick-fil-a or DoorDash, there no is recourse or a chance to refund some or all of the cost of the meal or service when service is not provided.
It feels like this is a bit of a scam and I am sorry to say has soured my experience of Five Guys as a whole. I will...
Read moreThe order for delivery was late, I had to call to find out what was going on only to be told that they didn’t have anyone available to deliver. (They said I could wait for one, or pick up.) So I told the person over the phone that I would be coming to pick my order up, however it was going to take me a while to get there. I drive over, and as I’m getting close to the area of the restaurant I get a text saying that the door dash deliverer was approaching my door! The door dash deliverer called me, then texted me their name and asked if they wanted me to leave the order at the door. Good thing one of my family members was at home! So, I called my mom who was already at the house and told her the door dash people were at the door. She answers the door for me while on the phone, and I can hear her and the delivery people talking. My mom explained to them why I wasn’t there, and they apologized. They said they had taken the order as soon as possible. So I ended up driving ALL THE WAY BACK HOME for nothing. Yeah, won’t be back at this place anytime soon. (They did get my order...
