Jolly Christmas Trees — Local services in Denver

I just bought my first house this year, and one of my favorite things about Christmas is having a tree, so I was super excited to get a real tree for the first Christmas in my new home. After leaving another tree lot due to extraordinarily high prices for slim inventory, kinda bummed and thinking I'd have to go with a fake tree because of the prices I was seeing, I tried these guys at the Northfield location as a last ditch effort.

These guys are top notch...Everyone greeted us, it looked like they had good variety and inventory, and I was guided by a very helpful guy (I think his name was Michael?) He asked the pertinent questions, led me straight to some solid options, and also offered some "budget" trees that maybe weren't perfect in some big spots. I fell in love with one of the budget trees, a 7'er for $100 and some big gaps. I channeled Charlie Brown and it worked out perfectly in my corner!

These guys win for customer service, everyone was positive and attentive, they even strapped it on my car, really just overall good, cheery vibes!...

UPDATE: I am extremely impressed with the customer service provided by Jolly Christmas Trees. Tyler and his team were super responsive and replaced our Christmas tree. While yes the Trees are a tad pricey the service is unmatched. Our original tree was definitely just a one off situation and out of anyone's control. Thank you team for replacing our tree for the holiday season. It is greatly appreciated!!! See you guys next year!

ORIGINAL: Pretty frustrated. I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to be honest for others looking for trees. We spent over $200 on a 6-7 foot tree only for it to be so dead after 2 weeks that we don't feel comfortable turning our lights on as it's a huge fire hazard. We have followed care instructions. Watered it, added the food as they recommended and paid extra for. The tree was beautiful for the first week and a half now it's a hazard. The young gentleman who tried helping us was amazing. He knew all about the different types of trees and was all around fantastic. He was really sweet and showed off all his trees, he was great! We came to a tree that was unmarked, the tree to the right which was the same type of tree also unmarked, the tree to the left was a higher quality tree from what the gentleman had told us which was marked at 74.99. When he asked an older woman the price of the tree, she glanced at the tree and said 99.99. I said the better quality tree was cheaper and she kind of just shrugged it off. I'm all for supporting local businesses that's why I choose this place but I can't show support when you're trying to rip me off.
