Hell's Tacos — Restaurant in Denver

I always forget to take a picture of these tacos when I go because as soon as I open the box I'm in taco town, so don't talk to me I've got work to do 😂.

Fresh tortillas. They call out the tortilla amount based on what you ordered, they are made to order. They have a fluffiness without sacrificing structural integrity. Delicious.

The proteins are ALL good. Shrimp perfectly cooked I've been here close to 10 times and they haven't overcooked the shrimp 🦐 and I doubt they will. Juicy steak, light and flaky tilapia. Mmmm.

The salsa they make is micro chopped and I don't even know what's all in it but dammit it's always fresh and feels unique as a topping simply by they way they chop it up. And of course it's bomb flavor.

The sauces have a nice kick and tie everything together so well.

And it's been very consistent over the months and I usually bring visitors here because it always impresses and is on Federal Ave and I like that it's a little more zesty of a location than most food truck locations. Makes the tacos...

I can’t say enough good things about Hell’s Tacos! I ordered the quesabirria tacos with broth for my wife, who had never tried them before, and she was blown away. The tacos were absolutely delicious—flavorful, tender, and perfectly paired with the rich, savory broth. I’ve been raving about this place for a while, and it’s so satisfying to see it live up to the hype every single time.

The portions are generous, making it a great value, and the service is always on point. You can really feel the care and attention they put into each dish. Oh, and do yourself a favor—get the pineapple mango drink. It’s fire! Seriously, one of the best things I’ve tasted in a while.

Menu was short and simple which I prefer personally, service was friendly and quick, and $38-40 was enough to feed 3 people easy.

Ordered 6 tacos, 3 Pastor, 3 Birria, and one Asada Machete, and it was all amazing.

The best was the Machete, and looking forward to getting the Quezabirria Travis next time, which possibly might be tomorrow lol.

That's what I meant to order, but was high af and forgot what the plan was.

My only gripe would be the $3 card fee so bring cash and save that money for another taco or tip instead, and I asked for extra extra sauce, but was only given 3 sides of it.

I just really that sauce from places. But overall 5 stars and I highly recommend. Can't wait to try the rest...
