I'm not sure what's with all the bad reviews, but I love this location!!! Most of the staff has been here for years, I appreciate seeing the same employees! They are always good to us! I have never known such customer service! This is the reason I always come back. Even when they are busy, they do their best to make us all happy. I don't know why people come in here during a busy lunch time, only to complain. Us nicer customers just look at each other, because they look so foolish. They can clearly see how hard these people are working. It bothers me to see these entitled people upset after they see 50 subs in front of us all, and then upset that it takes a few minutes to make! Like really? I wasn't mad, and I am usually behind them waiting too! I understand that can't be easy when it's busy like that. It just looks they are trying to get free food.
The employees mess up occasionally, but not often, and they always fix their mistakes! Always accommodating, kind, efficient, friendly, and just some of the best people. They learn who the regulars are, and we appreciate that!
Desiree is the manager, and she always making sure my family is taken care of, she has always resolved any issues immediately. I love chatting with her! It's too bad it was so busy today, that we couldn't catch up. But I'm going to come in again soon just for that! Thanks to you all! I hope your company knows what a true gem you all are! Read moreWorst customer service ever…. Came in on my lunch break and order two sandwiches one hot one cold. No mention of the hot sandwich taking longer than the other. While ordering staff was rude and entitled acting as if their time was more important than mine. I paid we got the cold sandwich and still no mention of my hot sandwich taking longer than the cold one. Sat down only to find one sandwich. That’s when I went to the counter to ask about my other sandwich and I was told I needed to wait… so with no issue I sat down and waited for 20 minutes while my colleague finished her lunch I decided to ask one more time for my sandwich. I was told I needed to step back that it was going to be ten more minutes. So I asked for my money back on the hot sandwich. Manager did refund me for both the sandwiches and that got them one external star. If the manager would have done something about the situation and corrected her staff while the issue was occurring we would have had no issue. But instead she sat there and watched her employee treat me rude without saying anything. If she would’ve refunded my entire meal not just the sandwiches I wouldn’t have wrote a review. Read moreWorst customer service I have ever experienced. Two separate times I have been treated poorly. First time me and my friends were denied water cups after a long day of work. We paid for sandwiches and were told we weren't allowed to grab the FREE water cups provided. Second time we were treated with disrespect when we order food, were given the wrong order and the worker told us to keep the sandwiches and he'd remake them. We then proceeded to wait for 15 minutes while we thought our food was being made. Eventually many orders were being delivered and made, so we approached the cash register and a woman approached it and asked what we needed. We told her about our situation and she yelled at us and said she told the worker to not make it because we ate our other sandwiches. We asked her what we were supposed to do with the sandwiches that were made wrong and she told us we should've given the sandwiches back to them and she would've made new ones for us. I work in the food industry and the most important rule is that you do not take food back from customers once given out, it is a health violation and the only thing a company can do is throw it away.
