I had the absolute pleasure of spending some time at the United Club lounge in the Denver Airport today, and I have to say, the highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by the bartenders, Mark and Reese.
From the moment I approached the bar, Mark greeted me with a warm smile and an inviting demeanor. His attentiveness and willingness to cater to my preferences were evident as he expertly crafted a perfectly balanced cocktail. Mark's knowledge of the drink menu and his ability to recommend the ideal beverage based on my taste was truly impressive.
Reese, on the other hand, brought an infectious energy to the bar. His charismatic personality and engaging conversation made the experience even more enjoyable. Reese’s skill in mixology was on full display as he effortlessly prepared drinks with flair and precision. It was clear that both Mark and Reese have a genuine passion for their craft and a deep understanding of customer service.
Together, Mark and Reese create an atmosphere that is both welcoming and sophisticated. Their teamwork and camaraderie are palpable, ensuring that every guest at the bar feels valued and attended to.
If you find yourself in the Denver Airport, a visit to the United Club lounge is a must, and make sure to stop by the bar for an unforgettable experience with Mark and Reese. Their dedication to excellence and friendly service is truly a cut...
Read more$59 for entry... bartender on first level was nice but did not make good drinks at all. Never told us that half the drinks we ordered she was not allowed to make without an up charge so she only put in half the ingredients and said it was made. (For example an expresso martini without Kalua. A white Russian without kalua.) Turns out she has the ingredients but never bothered to say they were left out because there was an uncharge. She also just didn't make good drinks. The food was only ok. And finally we went to the second level hoping for a better bartender and he was gone!!! He was on lunch with no sign and no replacement. So we were going to have to trudge downstairs again. But one of us has a bad ankle so took the elevator and they don't say that takes you out of the lounge and then the lady who let us back in was upset that we were upset (she had not told us that she was going to let us back in yet ) so we were upset because we have been up and down and all over and now our luggage was upstairs and we didn't know we were getting back in. Just overall an awful...
Read moreUsed my two passes from my United card to spend a six hour layover. It’s pretty cramped. My mother is in a wheelchair and we got stuck at the entrance. It’s a very small square space in front of turnstiles that accept your boarding pass for entry. Someone else in a wheelchair chair was leaving and we could not pass each other until the elevator came to let them leave.
Food (chicken with pasta) was mediocre. Very small selection. Chocolate chip cookies and lemon bars were excellent though.
It was better than sitting in chairs by the gate but certainly not worth paying money to enter. Also, they are very clear that you are not allowed to lie down and rest. Not a problem for us, but I expect that others might find that surprising on a...
