I'm an avid ethiopian food consumer. I'm super excited to see more authentic, diverse options for food in Denver, CO, especially on the west side of town. While I support this business and its endeavors in a popular food hall, the food wasn't anything to be excited about. It's a good place for people needing to be introduced to ethiopian food - it's healthy - jampacked with veggies, spices, and meat (i believe it's a great paleo option)
Konjo's is overpriced, has small portions, and comes out cold. I really appreciate the "server" and staff people at Konjo's - they're friendly, and want to know how to better serve you.
