9/2/25 I ordered through the app. Quarter pounder with cheese and two mcchickens. It was one of the longest wait times, while at the window , that I've had here. I get home only to find my sandwich raw. I used my rewards for this and now they are gone and wasted again.
8/17/25 I was actually about to increase my ratings for them because they had started being consistently accurate, but that was short lived. I ordered breakfast for myself and a few coworkers. I checked the bag and it appeared to have everything. When I got to work I found that the only thing they got right was the hash browns for 3 meals. Both ice coffees were gross and unflavored. All 3 sandwiches were completely wrong. Medium orange juice but was given a small. 3 mcgriddles but was given 3 mcmuffins and none of customizations with it. It's sadly whenever the younger girls are working. The older guys seem to get it right when I go. I'm getting tired of wasting money on bs service and lazy employees.
5/28/25 I don't think I've ever gotten a shake that was stirred at this location. When I ask them they just say that's how it's supposed to be. I've never had this issue with other locations. It was worse with the shamrock shakes. They made me sick from getting nothing but syrup through the straw.
1/14/25 Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru after a mobile order for a quarter pounder and a mcchicken. They brought my food only after finishing the order behind me. Prime example of the lack of management in these stores.

I've ordered the same sandwich numerous times through uber and each time I get some smashed tiny piece of overcooked chicken. It's very disappointing that i never get a decent sandwich.
Next visit: I got an undercooked burger and I had to wait almost 10 minutes for just a sweet tea. They already gave me my food... Why am I waiting ten times the amount of time for just a sweet tea?
Update(9/29/24): I don't know how many issues this place has but its getting consistently worse. They honestly can't get a sweet tea right. They hand me a sweet tea in drive thru and the bottom third of the cup was separated from the tea in a weird watery swirl of something unusual. I get sweet tea each time I do visit and it's never like that. I hand it back and ask for a new one. The lady tells me that they don't have anymore and if I'm ok with unsweet. I say no. A staff runs out to the front and comes a about 2 minutes later with an unseparated tea. Turns out she ran to the front just to grab me an unsweet tea. So not only did they have an attitude about it, they admit to giving me whatever was left at the bottom of the dispenser. I've only been a handful of times since the last update. Why is it this terrible. Just shut down if you can't even get a sweet tea right. Now I also have a stain on my seat because they put my quarter pounder in the bag sideways. I went through the drive thru to order my usual large coke with light ice, the attendant at the pickup window said, Sorry what did you have?She seemed frazzled. After driving down the street I quickly noticed it was a Diet Coke. This is a very busy area, so I had to maneuver though traffic to go back to get the correct drink. Not to mention the long drive thru line. I informed the person in the drive thru that I got the wrong drink and to please have the drink at the first window . Sure enough it wasn't, so I went to the pickup window. I told her I got the wrong drink and repeated what it should be. I wanted to test the drink before I left. Next thing I know shes hollaring have a good day goodbye incredibly loud and rudely. . I promptly asked for the manager . I told her you inconvenienced me and have the nerve to holler at me because I want to make sure this is the correct drink? She would not let me speak to the manager, she told me to pull up . She kept repeating go up or Ill call the police. I should own stock in McDonalds I go so much. Furthermore to be told that the police will be called over a drink, especially in this climate as a black person. I called to speak to the manager and no one answered the phone. The attendant name is Melissa, thats what she told me. She had on a teal shirt and by the time I got my second drink it was 3:50pm on 4/24/21. Read moreLiterally worst visit EVERRRR. I had a QR code for a free cone and wanted to add Oreo flakes and fudge to the cone and was going to pay the difference. But the manager Maria was talking in the back literally looked at me and kept talking to other people until it was convenient to help me. Then I showed her the QR code and asked her if I can customize the cone. She then told me to order at the computer and I told her I don't think it will allow me to customize the cone. That is why I'm ordering at the register. Then I use my QR code at the computer and it still wouldn't allow me to customize the cones I used to work at McDonald's, which is why I know it wouldn't allow me to customize the cone and that is why I went to the cash register first. Then she said she couldn't do it for me and i said i worked at McDonald's i know you can do it. She then began to argue with me and get another person in the back to deal with me. He was a teenage boy and i asked for the manager and he said she was the manager. (Makes you think how they run this establishment). Then they sent another grown man to come and help me and they still wouldn't give me what i wanted so i just got a plain cone. I use to work at McDonald's as stated above and we always worked hard and overcame obstacles for customers satisfaction. I guess things have changed now.
