At this particular McDonald's I put in my order with the cashier. I ordered an All American Meal, added cheese and bacon. Unfortunately, the cashier couldn't understand what I was asking so I repeated my order two more times. The cashier finally rang up my order, I paid and the cashier handed me a receipt. You know what I got, a cheeseburger with bacon. No All American Meal, and I was charged $5. I even tried to talk with someone who could help me correct the order. I was ignored for nearly 20 minutes no matter how many sirs, misses, or subtle gestures I used. When I finally did get an employee to assist me with my order, I was told to use the kiosk to order. I tried to explain to the employee that I already ordered. Showed them my receipt and order number, and the employee just walked away. Terrible service. Extremely rude even when I was being very respectful. I get it though, I really do. I don't speak Spanish well enough to communicate effectively and staff appeared not to speak English well enough to overcome this difficulty. So if you visit this particular fast food joint and staff there gets your order wrong, there's a chance you could experience what I did. Unfortunately, it's hard to imagine that McDonald's would hire an all speaking Spanish crew who didn't speak enough English to resolve these types of issues. So the staff ignoring me completely after paying for my meal and getting the order wrong made me feel like this was done on purpose because 1. I didn't speak Spanish, and 2. Read moreI always use the Mcdonalds app. Had a coupon for any sandwich for $1. (Excluding Double QPC and Signature Crafted sandwiches) I always get a double Filet o Fish using the coupon. I went to this Mcdonalds ordered the same thing I always order with the app and they wanted to charge $2. I asked the lady why the extra $1 she said the extra fish patty. I said I just ordered this yesterday with out an issue. She said yes but you ordered a double filet o fish so it is extra.. First of all did you not just hear what I said. I ordered this yesterday obviously Im not comparing two different orders I am comparing the same exact order a double filet o fish to a double filet o fish. Obviously I was not rude like that to her I just said yes I know what I ordered yesterday was also a double. She asked if it was from this McDonalds and I advised no. she said yes different owners different store. I kindly changed my order and just got a Big Mac for the $1 coupon.

Read moreI went today to get something for me and my family everything was looking good until I got to the second window the guy there told me to go forward and park so they can bring my food so I did I was literally waiting there for like 15 minutes when i looked at my mirror I saw that the people’s behind me were getting there food and everything first so I was about to step out of my car when I saw an employee coming towards me and handed me my food so I thought everything was cool when I started going trough my bag I saw I was missing stuff at that moment I was already mad I went back to the window and told them I was missing stuff they gave it to me but with a bad attitude and rude behavior.
