The woman who was at the cash register taking orders made a mistake with my order.( No big deal)When my order was delivered I communicated it to the girls (that it was not what I had ordered )and very kindly they told (me no problem) I will give you what you asked for after me the next customer only wanted a coffee and he did not know how to express himself or order in English and same women did NOT want to speak Spanish to him to make it easier for him!! It was disappointing! I believe that the barista was attempting to be helpful. But preparing the milk for my latte ahead of time while preparing three drinks for the customer ahead of me and having a good visit with them left me with a Luke warm cup of coffee rather than the hot cup of coffee I was charged for. As I watched her swirling the milk in the frothing pitcher multiple times. I was hoping it wasn't for my coffee and the amount of time she was swirling it, it was clear something wasn't quite right with my milk. There weren't any other customers, why not remake my milk and provide me with the quality cup of coffee Peet's is known for, and I was charged for.

I stopped by Peet's Coffee in the morning while my flight was delayed. There was hardly any line, which was a nice surprise. The service was quick and friendly, and the coffee really hit the spot.
