Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Denver

Awful service! They outsourced to door dash when you order online. I ordered for delivery to pay in cash. I have a Door Dash guy show up and unable to make any kind of change because he had no cash. To top it off he didn't speak any english so it took twice and long to solve the problem. I spoke to said manager who said his name was Justin and that he had to outsource drivers because they have none. He said it was out of his hands now and there was nothing he could do. He had a terrible attitude, especially after I asked if it was typical for drivers to be unable to make change on cash deliveries. The dasher insisted I pay with card. If I was going to do that I would have done that online. I ended up giving the pizza back since they could not except cash as a payment. Terrible...

Im a lil late with my review, but I forgot to give a review since this was my first time here. I went here about 4 or 5 months ago. The workers didn't seem too friendly, and the lady that took my order was coughing her head off!! She then says to me "oh man I have a horrible cold" I'm like ok yeah that's great to tell your customers that. I waited forever for my pizza, and it was ok but not great. Also while I waited for the pizza I couldn't help but notice how filthy the front windows were. For being a new store this place is pretty ratchet lol. Hence why I haven't been back, also this store used to be a Blockbuster back in the day, I remember getting movies here...

I live near a location so delivery should be quick. Well, sometimes it is and sometimes not. It depends on the driver and if it is through one of the delivery services. I have tracked the driver dropping off two other orders in the opposite direction ending with me 45 min later. Delivery fee seems to have crept up close to a deal breaker. I’m happy to tip the driver generously since they are doing the work but the fee feels like a cash grab by the company / franchisees. Food is consistent but I do miss the old recipes and the quality of toppings is not at the level it was “back in the day”. “Lacking flavor” Overall, this is no longer a go to...
