Pathetic, discuss in a room number 206 where the heat and air didn't work it said it was on 70 and I called down and they asked what temperature would I like 6 hours later the temperature was even colder than whenever I got here I looked online turns out there is more than one person who has said the exact same thing in great detail about how they showed up to their room it said that it was on 70° and they had to call multiple times being lied to saying that it will adjust or wait 15 minutes they pulled the exact same thing on me knowing that that was already a problem and have several rooms like that. Their so-called general manager Marcus Garcia was unable to be contacted due to Susan not being able to find his card at first until I got upset then all the sudden found his card but his card has two.coms that still make him unattainable so so far I have spoken to nobody about this problem and I assume neither did any of the people who have already been tricked like this

The only hotel downtown with free parking. Service was excellent and everyone friendly. The bed was great, which normally is not in most Hampton Inns. The pool and Hottub were clean and well maintained. Network speed was fast, and connection was stable. This made working from here easy. Breakfast was excellent because they had added chicken fingers I have never seen and excellent service since the man in working in the kitchen took time to clear the tables for customers. Finally, the location is located near the Ball Arena, where I attended Muse Concert. Overall, it was one of the best Hampton Inns I have had the pleasure of staying at. Highly recommend, especially if you have a car and have business downtown.

I've stayed here before and it was fine but this time, WOW! The rooms are updated with amenities I've always wanted but seem to not get. Like an abundance of working power plugs that also all have USB plugs!! Finally! And for the first time, we get a ceiling fan that is operated off a switch beside the bed that controls multiple things. Rooms are very nicely updated, have big TV'S, nice big fridges, full soap and shampoo/conditioner dispensers and cozy feel. Lights at entry to each room are super cool and a noticeable nice touch. Actually has a hot tub and includes free hot breakfast all while the staff is friendly too. Nice surprise!

I don’t often post critical reviews but I was very frustrated by this situation. I want to start off by saying that the location is great if you want to stay away from the noise of the city, rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was nice. The only complaint I have is about a situation with one of the front desk staff Susan. On Friday Sept. 1st, we came back from a trip around 6pm. We went up to our room only to realize our key cards do not work. My partner and I went down to the front desk to get them fixed. When we told the front desk staff, Susan, that our key cards don’t work, she held up a small device and told us this was why we couldn’t get into the room. Confused, I asked what it was and she replied it was the thermostat and that it was found in our room on the floor. I told her we did not know how that happened considering we left around 9:30am that day and did not come back until 6pm. The cleaning staff cleaned our room before we left for the day and did not inform us of anything broken and we did not break or see anything broken before we left. She said “Well, I wanted to show you so it doesn’t happen again, okay?”. I did not appreciate the accusatory tone considering we have been out all day and came back to a locked room only to find out it was because they thought we broke something that we did not. I’m not sure who else came into our room to find the broken thermostat because like I previously mentioned, the woman who cleaned our room did not say anything to us before she left. I let it go and did not make a fuss. Now that we have checked out I received our final bill. We were charged $100 that same day for “damages”. The charge was reversed the next day Sept. 2nd so there is nothing that I will be disputing but I do find it extremely unprofessional to not mention that there was going to be a charge for this especially when I am certain we did not break it off the wall. It could have been bumped when the room was cleaned, the previous guests could have loosened it, it might have been old and fell off, etc. At the very least a discussion was warranted before putting a charge on our final bill. I do not feel comfortable paying for something I believe we were not responsible for. I appreciate the reversal...

I traveled to Denver from New Orleans to help a friend whom lost her family due a medical emergency. During the course of getting her treatment I was locked out of her appartment I found this property after walking a mile at 10pm in an area I had never been. I was treated so rudely by the front desk because I didn't have access to my CC with 500 on me to pay for a room bc my card was locked in my friends apartment. I could have used my points to pay but was so distraught I didn't think about it....Note, I'm a Hilton Honor's Member for 10 year. My phone was almost dead and I simply asked the guy at the front desk if I could charge my phone to find another Hilton that I had enough cash in my wallet to pay for. He informed me the policy is if you are not registered you have to leave the property. As I'm crying bc of emergency situation I was in he showed no empathy or care for my safety or wellbeing. My phone died as I was walking the streets of downtown Denver with my suitcase searching for another hotel. I have never been treated so unprofessionally as a Hiltons Honor Member by an employee of any Hilton Property. Imagine wondering the streets of a strange city with no phone, a suitcase and not knowing where to find a hotel. TERRIBLE JOB HILTON...... this happened about 10pm...

So the staff was friendly to a point I felt like it was forced but that was ok the part that was annoying Is the television was not working and when I called the front desk she said well the construction going on down the street cut a line so the whole area is down right now nothing I can do about it and I'm sure I wasn't the only one that called but I was not expecting the attitude when calling about the problem I understand things happen but when you work with the public maybe have a nicer attitude about things so we went down to the pool to try to relax and they were doing some work or something making alot of noise pounding and pounding very loudly so we went back to the room and went to sleep we decided to give it another try and get the room for another night and was told the room would be close to $200 more for one night so at that point I wished the clerk a great day and we checked out and took our family staycation elsewhere I felt some type of way about the situation so we just left and I really hope that maybe I was just a little sensitive and that they don't treat people differently but this was my experience hopefully it will be better for others thanks for reading have...
