Espadín LoHi — Hotel in Denver

I just returned from a stay in the "Rhythm of the Night" unit. It was spacious, clean, and well furnished. This place has a huge wrap-around balcony with seating. We didn't spend much time out there but really appreciated that we had the space to be outside if we wanted to. Plenty of natural light comes through the multitude of windows and it is just a lovely, comfortable environment. The location was convenient and, although there was no assigned parking, we never had an issue finding parking close by. Check in was super easy and contactless. The property manager was responsive and helpful from the time I booked the property. I was also glad to receive the check in instructions several days in advance. I really appreciated this as some VRBO rentals wait until the day of to share that information. If I had to provide any constructive feedback, there are two things I would mention. We noticed that the couch had a few light stains. Since it is a very light color, every blemish or stain is going to show. It could benefit from a good cleaning of the fabric. Also, the lobby had an odd smell that never went away and we couldn't figure out what it was. Both of these things were very minor and in no way interfered with our comfort and enjoyment of the property. I will definitely stay hear again when visiting Denver and I highly recommend the place. Espadin LoHi takes the best parts of an AirBnB experience and the best parts of a hotel experience and marries them under one roof. The condo we stayed in had everything we could possibly need if we wanted to live in Denver for a month, from a vast array of spices and kitchen appliances to an in-unit Peloton.

One of the things that makes Espadin LoHi so special is their long list of community partnerships. By working with local services, Espadin offers a list of curated discounts to vetted experiences (with a standout being my meal at Catina Loca, SOOO good.)

The last thing that really stood out to me was their commitment to excellent service. After our first night of stay the Espadin team reached out to ask if there was anything I needed or questions that I might have about the space. It was so meaningful to feel this level of care!

I can't wait to stay here again. My favorite amenity had to be the luxury bath products from Le Labo. It's so nice to take a shower while traveling and know that I'm not sacrificing the health of my hair. Maybe that's just me?

Outside of that, the internet was outstanding and able to handle both my partner and I working and taking video calls simultaneously.

I had a great stay at the Espadin building in Denver. The rental space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a smooth trip. Having in-unit laundry was a huge plus. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials for cooking, and both the dishwasher (especially on the rinse and quick wash settings) and garbage disposal worked perfectly. The living room and bedroom rugs had a few noticeable stains, but the couch and bedding were clean and fresh, which I appreciated. The balcony was another highlight—clean, spacious, and offered a great city view. Location-wise, Espadin is in a great spot. I was attending a conference downtown and could get there in 10 minutes by car or about 20 minutes by bus. It's also close to the highway, supermarkets, and an excellent selection of restaurants, cafes, and activities. Zuni Brewery and the nearby food trucks were a nice bonus.
