Pure Green - Juice Bar Cherry Creek — Restaurant in Denver

I work in the Cherry Creek area. 4-5 times a week I walk to Pure Green and go for either the Banana Nut Smoothie or for a Golden Girl Cold Pressed Juice. Pure Green is lightyears ahead of it`s competition and gives you a great experience and product every time. Which is hard to do. The first time I went into the store I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Andy, and he was incredibly helpful and receptive to my needs. Yesenia is always smiling and super friendly and has excellent customer service skills. I sometimes get Ingrid to assist me, and she is also extremely kind! Great staff at both locations. Their new general manager really has a great idea of how to make a business successful. Her name is Madelyne. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the company and the ingredients on the menu. Her demeanor and professionalism makes you feel welcome and heard. The $10.06 Purple Haze smoothie tastes kinda bland & chalky with a strange flavor that doesn’t match the ingredients listed. I took a chance on a plant based protein smoothie as I needed to order ahead (lunch break), but couldn’t find ANYTHING on their website, including several other Google searches stating their ingredients. The website and order page only states “plant based protein”, but does not tell you WHICH plant, nor the added ingredients. The nice gal behind the counter informed me that it was pea protein WITH VANILLA FLAVOR. So, I guess that explains the odd, chalky taste. I absolutely never would have chosen the smoothie I ordered had I known there was flavor added to the protein. I could have made a different choice, leading to a more pleasant experience had I been able to read the FULL list of ingredients included in their products.

If you have any allergies or specific dietary restrictions, maybe skip this place until they do better about their ingredient...

Pure greens is by far my favorite smoothie spot in Denver. The smoothies have never failed me, but the customer service is a joke. I come here multiple times a week and everyday the same lady is working and seems like she’d rather be anywhere else but there. She constantly has her iPad on the counter and speaking on the phone with someone. She is very rude and short with her responses and not very welcoming at all. For example today we walked with no greeting and no acknowledgement of our presence for 5 minutes while she sat and laughed on the phone with head phones in. It wasn’t until I said something for her to do her job. I did not want to write a review as I am no Karen, but she makes the smoothie spot look very bad and unprofessional. I don’t know her name but she wears very big glasses with her hair usually in a claw clip. I really believe management should consider evaluating...
