This my to go coffee place it has been for the last 7 years since I moved to this neighborhood… I go there every day and I always have the same coffee a white mocha with soy and 4 shots… There has been sometimes when the forgot to add the extra shot and I have to drive back and ask them to remake it and that’s fine I understand because we all make mistakes and I am a business owner and I know how it is to work with different customers at the same time… And all the Baristas already know me by my name Sarahí and I always give them a tip because I know they work hard…But that is not the problem the problems is that there is a Barista called Victoria and I am not sure if she doesn’t like it when I drive back and have my coffee remake it the right way. I feel intimidated and scared at the same time because when she is there she always come and approaches to the window to stare at me she doesn’t said anything or make any expression she just keep looking at me even if she is at the register she stop everything she is doing just to come and look at me. Seriously this is the least thing you want to experience when you go to get your coffee to start your day. I am not sure if she gets upset when I have to go back and have my coffee remake it the right way. But I have never been rude or Impolite to the Baristas
I just want to provide my review because I don’t think this is right. To feel intimidated or scare when to go to get...
Read moreOur family likes coming to this particular Starbucks because the people who work here are so friendly and fun! They are always laughing and really seem to enjoy their work. That's a nice thing to see these days and what's especially great is when they remember you and your drink. One thing about Starbucks which could be improved is the consistency of their drinks, especially the hot ones. We've gone to other Starbucks and you'd think the same drink would taste the same from one Starbucks to another, but I've gotten variations of the same drink w/the same amount of pumps/shots and somehow, they taste slightly different...not sure what's up w/that. However, the Starbucks at 44th & Federal seems to get it down and it's always the same drink, which I appreciate.
Couple kudos go out to the folks who work the drive-thru. They are under the gun to get the drinks out quick and keep the cars moving efficiently. Not an easy job and there will always be grumps who no matter what cannot be pleased. These are some hard-working people who make Starbucks what it is...not so good w/names, but wanted to give a shout out to the tall guy w/glasses and beard, the young man, Tyler, who is always friendly as well as the woman w/the short brown hair and bluish glasses, the tall lady who the blond, curly hair, and LeeAnna (sp?) who makes a...
Read moreHave been going to this Starbucks since it opened so am very familiar w/the service and staff which is mostly excellent. I've gone to many Starbucks across the country in my business travels so am very familiar as an H.R. division mgr w/a large national co. w/how a business ought to be run. Just a few notes here that I hope will be helpful to those operating this particular business at 44th & Federal. Btw, I use the drive-up and lobby so see firsthand how the place is run. First impressions are important and the parking lot and drive-through are cluttered w/debris/trash and concrete stains. Check w/King Soopers to see which service they use as they do a pretty good job of keeping their parking lots clean.
The staff is great, however, there is a new guy about 6'6" who looks like he'd rather be doing something else. My fiance' and I visited not long ago and he took our order w/a holier than thou attitude which we were put off by. Also, the woman w/the voice that could rival that of a drill sergeant could soften it up a bit. No doubt she probably runs the place, but let's not scare the customers. By and large, most of the staff, w/the exception of this guy, are very friendly and welcoming. He would do best in a backroom stocking shelves or behind a desk...jmo. Overall, the energy in the place is great and we...
