2/1 update: Folks at corporate at Snarf's wholeheartedly resolved our issue, so I'm going to update this review from 1 to 4 stars. Snarf's as a company indicated they do have the ability to refund our credit card on file for the poor quality sandwiches we bought a couple weeks ago. Whomever was working at the store on this particular night I guess wasn't interested in refund our sandwich order, and thus I had to shore it up through email communication with higher-ups. I hope this has a positive impact on the Highlands location. Thank you, thank you for refunding our money. This restored our faith in your company and we will give another location a try.

Old: This location doesn't accurately represent the Snarfs brand, as you can tell from other reviews. They have made our sandwiches wrong multiple times, and we used to go here a lot - according to the online account we've spent over $200 here. Tried again tonight, for some reason, to much disappointment, again. They made my finance's sandwich wrong for the... 5th time? We asked for no mushrooms or peppers, got both, and they were impossible to pick out and changed the flavor profile of the sandwich. My gluten free bread was gross and dry, and cost 3 whole hard-earned dollars extra! Also found a long dark hair in my sandwich when I tried to eat what i could with a fork - my hair is Auburn, gross! Called to request a refund (on my fiance's sandwich only because I hadn't yet tried to finish mine) because we dont live close enough to casually make a trip back for another sandwich. They told us that they can only remake the sandwich or add a credit for a future sandwich to the account. Well, I dont want to go back to this location, and this completely complicated our night because we had to figure out a 2nd dinner to eat and wasted precious weeknight time - we originally tried to order sandwiches thinking it would be a quick dinner. What if we didnt have extra funds to buy a second $20 dinner? I suppose I'll give this Google-reviewer-recommended Broadway location a try and hopefully our credit will apply at an alternate location since this appears to be a franchise company and we dont see his credit in his online account... This is exactly why from this point forward I will ensure that we check reviews for specific locations tied to a brand. I'd appreciate more than the basic response back - contact information for someone I can speak with that extends beyond the basic apologies/"I'll pass this on to the manager" responses that I see on other...

UPDATE 5/8/5 the manager from last week told us to call back and ask him for a replacement order. He made good with our free subs and when the order did arrive last week, they also brought cookies. So they redeemed themselves to 2 stars but I still strongly recommend not using these guys for delivery.**

I love Snarf's sandwiches but this location has messed up our deliveries one time too many. We have a building with over 10 people working in it. Everyone loves (or should I say loved) Snarf's.

The first couple of deliveries were on time/early.

Next - wrong sandwich was delivered. Next - order was over 21/2 hours being delivered and they hung up on the person who called to check on the status. -Next - the girl was told over an hour for delivery so she drove there instead. The delivery person was standing around complaining that she had no deliveries??? -Next - the sandwiches didn't arrive in the hour as promised, called and was told that the order had been put to one side and not even started. I complained loudly enough that she put the manager on. He said the order was there and ready but they were missing their driver. Because they use Splickit - they cannot even cancel part of the order so we are paying for something that may or may not come.

Once or twice at a new location, we would expect problems but they have been open quite a while now and the delivery service is awful. It's worse than ever. We have a staff that has to go to lunch at different times because someone has to cover and it's past time for the 2nd shift to go to lunch and none of us has received our lunch yet. We ordered before they even opened and an hour later they haven't even sent our sandwiches yet. I love the chain but not this store.

Oh and there's very little parking which is why we prefer delivery.

So try another Snarf's but...
