I had thirty minutes before my flight and it’s a hot summer day so I figured I’d get a venti iced black tea. I ordered that and 6-7 minutes later got a hot tea. I said it was meant to be iced and they tell me it will take five minutes to ice it. Read moreThey ignore mobile orders. 3 days in a row I’ve come by 10, 20, and 30 minutes after placing my mobile order and the mobile-order-machine in the back next to the hot coffee hasn’t been monitored. 3 days in a row, and lots last month too
You’re better off going to the other one on the west b-concourse and doubling back to the east part of the concourse. You’ll save time.
I go to ask and follow up and the gal working the back looked at me like I was asking to sacrifice her first born to pagan gods.

I ordered a matcha and it had so much matcha powder in it that it was forest green and undrinkable. He was making everything with one hand and on his phone with ear buds in the other. He had a major line. Could use some more training on drink making... I love Starbucks for the consistency, long time consumer. But this was terrible. I wish I would have gotten a photo. He was way to busy and angry to take it back, I just tossed it...
