I had a mobile order of a venti Carmel ribbon crunch with extra crunch topping and a extra shot and grande cold french vanilla latte. I understand of the hottest days of the year so far 101° degrees, so I was going to let it being kinda melted slide but I tried it on my way home( I love like 7 minutes away) the caramel ribbon crunch was absolutely disgusting, It was watered down milk water with with watered down whipped cream and no crunch / extra crunch topping and no extra shot ,super disappointed butThe cold French vanilla latte was fine. I called the store and talked to the manger, she was awesome. She said that I could come back right away and they would remake it for me , no problem ( she was the only good part about my experience there). I dropped off the latte to my mom, got in my car and went straight back. I pulled up to the drive-thru and started to tell the guy at the drive-thru what was going on and why I was there etc. He gave me quite a bit of attitude and was super rude to me but he told me to pull forward they would have my drink remade for me. I pulled up to the window and he handed me my remade drink then he said " here you go this one should be better because I just made it . I make all the drinks " He said me for the first drink and I told him that I throw it away ( if I would of known they wanted the bad one , I wouldn't of thrown it away but no one told me) and he rolled his eyes at me and said ok with an attitude . Before I drove off and before he shut the wondow he said under his breath but loud enough for me to hear him that I was was probably just lying about my drinking being bad and just wanted to get a free one. I cant believe he said that . I will never go back to this Starbucks again even though it is super close to my house, my 2nd drink was great and the manger was awesome. The guy at the drive-thru messed up my whole impression of the Starbucks.I will just go to the one by my work where I've never had a problem and they have always been super friendly. I won't be recommending my friends and family...
Read moreI come here almost every day out of convenience because itâs the closest Starbucks to my house. Sometimes itâs great but then other times like today, Iâm stuck waiting 15-20 minutes for them to finally make my drink, and by the time it comes, my croissant is cold and hard and I need to either task it down or ask them to reheat it. I also worked at Starbucks before, so I know how things should work and I know they have a time limit on the drive through but I shouldnât have to sit there and watch the girl make 15 drive thru orders while mine is sitting there, with the shots that expired 8 minutes ago, when she finally pours the milk in. So I wait 20 min for a cold croissant and a messed up coffee. I think most of the cashiers are very friendly and they remember my name and thatâs nice but what I really want is a good latte with non-expired shots and a hot croissant. I mean itâs a $7 cup of coffee, I shouldnât have to remind them to put whipped cream on a white mocha, or drink expired espresso. I wouldnât have said anything but I want this to get better because I want to come to this Starbucks, but I donât want to feel like I donât matter because the drive through has a time limit and in store customers are stuck waiting, or whatever the reason is. Itâs just this happens almost 50% of the time I come and it makes no sense to have partners (employees) standing around doing nothing when customers are waiting for drinks. Kind of looking forward to it he robots and ai taking over fast food.
Update: they now bring the coffee and croissant out within a more...
Read moreI've stopped by this location about 20 times since it opened, and it is lacking. My wife's coffee has been prepared incorrectly more than half. My teas have been good for the most part but the preparation and presentation has been off a few times. But today just tells me this location will likely fail, and it pushed me to speak up. Because I will not give my money to a mediocre corporation that does not value sound business practices. Where is the training and the accountability? my wife ordered a bunch of coffee at 10am to be ready at 7pm. The person said it was possible and that it would be done. So I show up 9 hours later and nothing is ready. Now I've wasted an hour and a half, missing my daughter's birthday party, and I'm going back with 1 gallon for 50 people. And yeah, I had to pay for it, lol. Why give starbucks any more money after this? And where is the manager? Not here, just three teenagers. This location...
