This place is a dump! 1st off the parking lot is horrible! You have to dodge @ least 10 potholes before you get up to the ordering speaker. Then just before you get to the window there is a hole big enought to swallow your left front tire. I went there about a week ago & "tried" to order a Mexican pizza. They didn't have any tortillas for a Mexican pizza!? I mean, come on! I ordered a regular taco & wanted mild sauce. They didn't have any mild sauce but, said they would have mild sauce tomorrow morning. What in the hell am I going to do? Take my taco home & go back to the store tomorrow morning to get the mild sauce? Evidently Taco Bell regional managers don't inspect their stores very often, if they do at all. I ask about the condition of the parking lot. They said it wasn't the store's owner it was the city of Denver !? that was holding up the repairs on the parking lot. If you are going to make an excuse, at least make it logical. I laughed so hard they probably thought I was a looney old lady. I think the 3 stooges could operate this place betters. This store is very close to me so it is convenient. To heck with convenience this time. I go to the store down on Colfax & Williams now. I say bulldoze the place & put the Arby's back in this area. I know, old & crazy...
Read moreHad the worse experience 10/22/2022, i ordered with uber eats at 935-940 estimated delivery time was 30-40 minutes. Waited over an hour just for them to prepare the food then it finally made it out for delivery. Ordered 2 grilled chicken burritos with chipotle ranch no avocado, the burritos had no sauce whatsoever on them. 4 cheesy bean rice burritos no rice with sour cream and onions, 2 beefy melt burritos. We got 5 burritos missing the sour cream and onions. Drove to taco bell stood in the long drive thru line where the lady in the drive thru didn't understand what i was talking about when another young man came up and started reading the receipt, he started ripping open every burrito with the same gloves he was wearing to clean the lobby and stated the burritos were made correctly. I just wanted my food made the way it was supposed to be made. One of the cooks came over to de-escalate the situation read the receipt and re made the order. The cheesy bean rice burritos weren't supposed to have rice and had just as much onion as rice it was horrible. Grilled chicken burritos had little to any chipotle sauce inside. Couldn't even feel comfortable eating my food all the employees disappeared to the back of the back and i couldn't see my food being made. Didn't even...
Read moreThis was our first (and last) attempt to eat at this Taco Bell. When we arrived (at 5:30 pm) both sets of doors were locked...very strange (there were people inside) - and immediately we knew something was amiss. One of those customers inside came to unlock the door for us...and we waited 5 minutes at the counter before anyone tried to take our order. When an employee started to take our order, the other workers making the food told him to not take any more orders. Apparently they were so far behind with the orders that they said it would be 'an hour' until we'd get our food (but we only saw 3 groups inside and 3 cars in the Drive Thru). Once that was said, another customer that had already ordered, said he'd already been waiting 15 minutes for his food and wasn't going to wait an hour for his food and asked for his money back. The Taco Bell employees said that there was no manager there and they couldn't give him his money back. We left at this point...but I'm very curious about how this customer resolved his food refund issue. Could have gotten ugly. How can a place like this employ a bunch of teenagers without having an adult supervise them? I highly recommend you go to another Taco Bell...hopefully it will have...
