Washington Park Cottage Bakery — Restaurant in Denver

I’ve driven here three times looking to support a cottage bakery, they’re never here. I look on their website to confirm hours, they aren’t there Saturday -a sign says they’ll only be at Cherry Creek- on Saturdays but come back Sunday. I come back next Sunday and they aren’t there a sign says they’ll be open now only Saturday at both cherry creek and this location. Now I come back this Saturday and the sign says only open at cherry creek, only Saturday. “The baker needs some sleep” I truly hope the best for this bakery, they make good product and are good people. But I’ve spent collectively now hours driving just for them from their sign and it’s too misleading...

I took a sourdough class here with the baker, Andrius, and it was SO MUCH FUN. Lots of laughs and I actually learned a lot about baking! He's a really good teacher and makes the class really enjoyable. He clearly loves what he does and is really good at it. It makes me happy that businesses like this exist!

I'm looking forward to trying my own sourdough, but I have a feeling I'll be buying some from him in the future - making...
