Wash Park is one of the most delightful green spaces in Denver. It has 3️⃣ bodies of water, 4️⃣seater bike rentals, swan peddle boats 🦢 & a rec center, complete with indoor pool 🏊‍♀️ & courts. 🏀 (The rec center also offers outdoor yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ classes in the boathouse during summer, with paid membership to the gym.)

The park is immaculately tended to & has multiple porta potties 🚻 along the paved loop, which has a divided lane 🛣 for multi use. The 2+ mile loop is pedestrian, bicycle & roller skate 🛼 friendly. The outside border of the space has a wide rectangular pathway lined with pea gravel.

Volleyball 🏐 is played throughout the summer ☀️ & parents will appreciate 2️⃣ separate play areas for their littles. 🤸🏼‍♂️ Tennis 🎾 & basketball 🏀 courts are also available outside.

Park benches & picnic tables are plentiful.

There are lots of critters. 🥰 🦅(Yes, I have spotted an eagle on occasion!)🦆♡ 🐦 ♡ 🐿

The gardens are filled with a plethora of different kinds of flowers 💐. Folks often go there for photographs 📸.
