Place is very cute. Took my 2 year old and 4 year old this Saturday. Positives. You can leave and come back. There’s seating all over for parents. 2 There’s a lot of areas for the kids to play in. 3. My kids had soo much fun. I said to myself we would comeback again until…Negative 1. Doesn’t seem to be an age limit. Big kids were running around trampling little kids and throwing balls .2. Parents let their kids run WILD!! No staff enforcing safety for the children. 3. It was soo hot and smelled like a sweaty gym. 4. No bathroom. 5. There’s isn’t a real gate to keep children in and ppl out the play area. Just a piece of foam standing up in the walk way. Very ghetto and not safe!!! I can see a kid walking out because one there isn’t someone standing at that entrance at all times and 2 parents aren’t watching there kids there. 6.All of those things didn’t seal it for me but this did. A child threw up in the ball pit. Granted the parent of the child did not tell staff right away.. kids were still playing in the ball pit for another 30 min while it was contaminated . When the worker was informed he should have had some type of system to shut the are down and quickly inform parents. Kids kept jumping in the ball pit. He could not keep them out. It wasn’t until myself and parents were walking around letting other parent s know until it stopped. He should have had a method to take all the balls out disinfect them and the ball pit. He did not. 1 He cleaned using a bucket of water and fabric freshener…What the heck!!!!!????? No disinfectant was used!!!! He didn’t know exactly where the child threw up at. He just guessed. Smacked a few balls away in that area then wiped it with water. Wiped a few balls with water. Sprayed the freshener and that was it. That let me know right there that 1 they do not disinfect at all in there ever and 2 kids will constantly be sick and spreading germs. I thought that was soo disgusting and unsanitary. A lot of parents were disgusted and left. Update: Next morning my son is randomly sick. Stomach hurting and throwing up. We weren’t anywhere but that place yesterday. We will not be going back there.
Follow Up 10/7/25 12:38 Whatever cleaning practices this place claims they have were not used. I called 3 times.Mind you my child has been out of school sick with the stomach virus that he was exposed to due to their negligence. It took a week for a manager to call me back. Called me back to say my child can get sick anywhere. I am livid at your lack of concern and...
Read moreWe LOVE coming here! My child is 3 and has a blast for hours every time. We have been at least 5 times already. I would have given 5 stars, because the play place itself is worth 5 stars. I only have 4 stars for two reasons; #1 there’s no public restroom in here. With newly potty trained kids, when they need to go, they need to go NOW or it’s potentially a mess. I’d bet a lot of kids have peed in here. My mom was told to use the bathroom in the barcode next door at Round 1, but my child ended up having a meltdown in there because she didn’t want to leave(lol). #2 When this establishment first open, there was a small foam gate by the register that was kept closed so the kiddos couldn’t leave the play area on their own. That has been taken down. Now the kids can run in and out freely at the front of the store and the main doors at the entrance are also kept open. It’s a busy place and it seems like it could be easy for a small child to run out the door. A lot of parents are here with multiple children and might not have eyes on both kids at all times. Otherwise, it’s clean, the employees are friendly there’s a ton for the kids to do. It’s a fabulous place for families to bring...
