This outback was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a long time! It was quite busy but, they should’ve been prepared beings though it’s a high shopping area and it was a Saturday evening. We had to wait to be seated. The wait wasn’t bad. After being seated the waitress took a little time to get to us. We ordered everything as we knew what we wanted. Our drinks and appetizers came out in decent time. We got the wings. I bit into my third wing and it wasn’t done. I got the waitress to come to my table to look at it. She took it to the kitchen. She came back and said they were sending us another order of wings. I looked at my husband and said we’re going to have to box them up and take them home. After we got done with our wings our salads came and we ate our salads. Now we’re done with our appetizers and side salads. We’re just sitting there waiting on our main plates. The waitress came to our table and asked if we were ok? I said yes but tbh it was taking a while even for them to bring us our food. So her next round she asked us if we got our wings yet? I said no. She said she was going to check on them. Then I was thinking forget the wings, I want my food. So here she comes with two wings on a plate talking about “I stole these”. Okay, so we ate the two wings. While we’re sitting there waiting on our food, the people sitting diagonally from us were being served their drinks. The waiter dropped one of the drinks and soda went everywhere! My table wasn’t effected, but my experience was. The chairs that we were all sitting in were soo wobbly the customers had to keep switching them out in fear that they were going to break and people were going to get injured. Two parties were seated elsewhere due to the soda being spilled. After all of that experience, our food came. My husband ordered a New York strip. The steak he got was absolutely not a New York strip. But we didn’t say nothing. He ate his food and was satisfied. My steak was order medium well and it was over cooked. My ribs were bland and dry. My fries were the best part of my main meal. Our waitress came to ask us if we wanted refills on our drinks and I asked her if we could get some napkins? She said yes I’ll be right back with them. We got our drinks and no napkins. When she came back around she asked us if we were ok and looked at our table and said oh I forgot your napkins, I’m sorry I’ll be right back with them. She comes back to our table with some hard rough brown paper towels that we dry our hands off with in the bathroom. I didn’t appreciate wiping my mouth with those. When it was time to get our check that was the fastest part of our visit. She didn’t forget to bring our check and was right back with our receipt. I will never come back to this...

The person that I on the phone said they were the owner I told him my complaint and then they said well what did you order and I said the ribeye and they said oh you were just in here with the cold food I said yes and then yes they did. Give us the food, but what’s gonna do me, I didn’t get to eat it because I live an hour away from there I was going there from work to Home, which was an hour away stuck in the butter, which I have a picture of it sitting on top of ribeye steak thank goodness we already ordered a blooming onion and the wings so I had some food in my belly otherwise they would’ve been in trouble lol Lol yes, they did give us the food, but I’m giving it to my dog because I wasn’t even there because by that point I was so mad because I had to wait for the food to come out which came out ice cold then I had to wait for the new food which came out really quick, but by that point, I was just so upset and all as I wanted to do was let the owner know I wasn’t going to complain anymore. all I want to do was speak to the owner to let the owner know what his workers were doing, and that’s the only reason I am posting this post. I never ever post anything. I always get bad places when I always but you know if I get bad places I never complain I always give the waitress what they deserve but now I’m totally getting fed up. You gotta start taking responsibility for what allowing their workers to do and then maybe all these restaurants will be getting shut down every day you see another restaurant getting out of business franchises they’re all going down because the owners of them don’t take responsibility. That’s why I tried to talk to the owner and he said he was the owner but he was snappy. He was the owner and I don’t think he was please because I was in there on March ninth between four and five and we ordered two ribeyes with the baked potatoes one with broccoli one with the vegetable medley, hot wings, the onion, one light tall and one Long Island The third booth right as you walk in the door up against the window I was using the mic and I know that was a lot of information. I was just asking to talk to the owner. I did tip the waitress $20 so I didn’t gyp her. Don’t worry, but I was just mad that my dinner came out with a frozen block of butter on top and I have pictures if I could just find out if I could get them on there, but the app was great was great. Dinner was a letdown.(and the only reason I’m ring this is cause I’m so tired of all the restaurants I like shutting down in the state of New Jersey so maybe if more people speak up they won’t shut down. they can fix the problems before they have to shut down if somebody would let the owners know instead of just...
Read moreI drove here from my job for curbside pick up. I only have a 30 minute break so I preorded on the app. I ordered a cobb salad with chicken, drove back to work & noticed there was no chicken. There is a $5 difference when you add chicken so obviously I called and the woman at curbside answered, no empathy, no apology - just asked “ok are you coming back?” Well I came back, waited 25 minutes and she brought out a small container with 2 small chopped up chicken fingers. I was so angry. I immediately swung my door open to go inside because I always order this salad and the amount of chicken was not what comes with this entree and decided I am having a really rough time right now and I would not be in the right mindset to speak to anyone. Sure enough I get to work after an hour of driving back & forth & waiting; & the heat of the chicken made the lid pop open & the chicken sprung onto the floor. I called and asked to speak to the manager, as soon as Paul the manager got on the phone I embarrassingly started hysterically crying. This was just my breaking point to a ton of other things going on. He offered to remake it, he offered to refund it, he offered to sit on the phone while I cried, he offered for me to vent to him. He was just so nice. He said “I know I’m a stranger but we all have to stick together”. He refunded me for my order & while I didn’t get to eat the food - I am verbally abused by customers at my job every single day. It has been extremely intense lately.
