My physician recommended indoor tanning to me as a potential treatment for a minor skin condition. As a 40 year old man who has never been to a tanning salon before, I was a bit apprehensive about going. On my first visit Alyssa greeted my wife and I, and she patiently answered all my questions and gave me her professional opinion on the products and services that would help me meet my needs. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and my interaction with her gave me the confidence to go ahead and start tanning. I have been to the salon about six times since my initial visit and all of the staff I have encountered have been pleasant and helpful. I’ve gone mainly in the later evenings and have never had to wait for a bed to open. The salon itself is clean and well maintained. Best of all I am seeing improvement in my skin. I will definitely keep going back and have no problem referring others...

Very dissatisfied today. Pretty sad when you call to book for a spray tan (You’ve booked many ) and the employee named Lexi is way more concerned about leaving on time than getting a service for a client. I said I should be able to be there at 3:45 and then she started backing up because she Said she’s not able to take anybody after 345 (My presumption is she wanted to be out of there) Then she said she needed to speak to her boss. I’ve been to this place many times, enjoyed Taylor & several of the girls even the owner seemed kind & great … This girl not so much. Being discourteous or acting like a customer is doing you a disservice (Not helping them find Or making suggestions) is not a great motto for any company. I’ve been here alot of times over the past 4 yrs and the customer service, prices ,tanning beds and spray tans are all amazing. I love the color I get when laying in one of the beds but also love the quick correct color I get with a spray tan by one of the ladies before I go on vacations ❤️ Thank you ladies for always being on your A game! Would highly recommend this tanning salon their literally the best compared to other places in derby. Keep up the good...
