Oh my. Pulled up to stall one and pressed the buttons four times to no avail. Figured the kiosk was broken so moved to another stall. Hit the button 3 more times before a response. Ordered a small blast and hot fudge sundae. Went to swipe my card and another order started coming through on my screen. Hit the button again twice before getting a response. Told them the what had happened, they told me that it was their error and assured my card would not be charged. When order came carhop collected cash and left before receiving a receipt. One again hit the button to request a receipt and they said it would be right out. 5 minutes later had to request again. Again told it would be right out. After another 4 minutes no receipt. Finally went inside with a melted sundae, request a receipt and a new sundae. Got a new sundae but was told my order was to far back they would not be able to reprint a receipt. Will be checking in the morning to be sure I was not charged for another order. All in all kind of a unorganized chaos not well ran. 30 plus minutes at fast food...
Read moreOrdered off the app, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, no cheese, ketchup only. I refuse to do American cheese. It's just a glue to hold the burger patties together. Food came out and the burger had cheese on it. Pushed the button, person came on, the situation was explained and the response was attitude with the statement that I ordered a Cheeseburger. Yes, but read the rest of the receipt, which I had a copy of, stating no cheese. Finally someone came out and actually had to see my receipt, like it was any different from what they had inside. After almost studying the receipt, he went back inside and remade the burger the way it was ordered. This is not the first time I've had issues with orders being wrong at this location. Always make sure you check your order if you have asked for something different from their normal menu. Also got tots with the burger, they needed a bit more time in the fryer, they weren't done all the way. Take time to get the order right and the food cooked. Customers appreciate good service...

Missing Half the order the manager on duty this night took our name and number to be able to get a refund of the missing food the next morning. Showed up this morning to the manager verbally abusing my mother who was just trying to explain the situation. Said that they never take names down of customers and was saying her and I are lying about this. I have a video of him showing way too much aggression to costumers who have a problem with his store. Also wouldn’t tell us his name or the name of the franchise owner and told us to figure it out ourselves. There is absolutely no reason to be that hostile to customers...
